This is it...last week before my BIG event!!! Help?

I'm going to a VERY important and formal business affair this Saturday. I'm wearing an elegant sleeveless and somewhat backless black dress. It's very Audrey Hepburn and I've had it tailored to fit me like a glove.

I've done all the hard work, drank my water till I felt like I was drowning and ate clean for months.

Now, with only one week remaining...I'm ready to show it all off. I've been doing searches to find out how to finish out the week before Saturday. Some articles/posts say that heavy weight training will make me look puffy and some say that if you don't lift at all...I'll look soft.

Any recommendations for the finishing touch? I want the WOW factor.

Thanks for any suggestions...it would really help guide me and push me through the final week.

Just a few questions. How has your body responded to training during the past few months. Do you ever experience swelling, do you look a little soft or flabby when you don't train? I think everyone is different. I know some ladies that gain a pound when they weight train the day after, and others that stay the same. Try to remember how your body has responded and work according to that. In any event, have fun and WOW everyone with looks and most of all personality!
It's a continuing process.....
