My appetite is out of control lately. I have been eating everything but the kitchen sink yet I have dropped a couple of pounds....What's up w/that? Thing is, I'm not doing a lot of cardio to burn off the extra food I am inhaling...I am actually doing more weighted or toning exercises. I spend about 90 mins a day working out and only about 30 of that is cardio!

I'm not complaining, mind you. Just a bit baffled!:)

You make me sick..sick..sick! LOL! Not really though!:* I have been doing more cardio workouts and my bodyfat and weight have gone up? WTH? Practically killing myself and this is what I get!!!!! WTH? I think I need a new scale and omron.

You sound like your doing just marvelous though! Lucky you!

Judy...you had invited me to join you ladies in a strength rotation for March and I declined out of fear of so little cardio. Well after seeing what's going on with the rotation I am doing I am going to re-think this fear and will probably do the April 05 strength rotation I had originally planned to do THIS month but was too chicken! LOL :p
