Hey! My name is Jess and before getting pregnant and having a baby in May 2006, I was an avid Cathe fan.. I worked out 2 hours a day 6 days a week for 2 years before getting pregnant and during pregnancy I worked out a few days a week..I was in the best shape of my life then and now after 1 yr of having a baby I'm trying to get back into it..I have noticed some saginess in my thighs, around the upper part into my inner thigh area..I have never had this before EVER!!! Is this because of gravity or is this because I worked out so hard for so many years and now the muscles have just developed into mush because I stopped working out? Will cardio mainly help with this or weights?
