Thigh Bulk

Hello all It has been awhile since I have been here. I have discovered for me I have to stick with light weights or my thighs bulk up so my questions are: What about the high step and step aerobics if I want more of a cardio workout what should I stick with for risers I am 5'8" and the pyramids, upper and lower I love these but I want more cardio and toning what do you suggest?

I suggest then any circuit workout w/ Cathe - BC, DM, BM2, etc. I strongly believe they are the ultimate fat-burning workouts. High-intensity cardio plus light to moderate dumbbells.

Thank you Clarissa. I have all Cathe's workouts and I want to use them So what I mean is that I do not want to bulk up my thighs while doing these workouts (the High Steps, Step workouts and weights). So I guess what I am after is if I do not use the same amount of risers (keep them low) and the same with the amount of heavy weight Cathe uses If I stick to 5-10 lbs can I get the same results not lifting heavy but light so I do not bulk up mostly toning up. Does this make better sense.
