What gives that sexy S shape in the back of your legs better? Heavy weights or more running? I am just at the beginning stages and noticing some slight progress from the backs of my legs, but this area is just really really being stubborn. I am currently doing the BBM workouts, doing all 3 sets with weights, squatting heavy, KPC, etc. I also have been working out my legs about 4 days a week on average. I don't run much because I don't want to lose too much muscle as I am ectomorph. Some suggestions from you maniacs?
