I was looking at this book as I have a friend who is very into it. I wondered if anyone on this board had read or applied this type of training. I guess my biggest question is do you really build strength, endurance and definition in the muscles only working them once a week? Personally I like to work out much more often but I was looking for any opinions. Thanks so much!! I so enjoy reading this board. I have learned so much from all of you!!
