<---did 15 min HIIT on treadmill w/ sprints ranging from 9.0-9.7 .
<---also did 30 min elliptical climb & full body life fitness machine circuit going super heavy

<---is waiting for boybadoo's video to end then into the bed w/ him

<---raises coffee mug & wonders where the golden pot went
