I did SO WELL yesterday !! And now because of that I feel as if I have been deprived and now all I want to do is eat candy all day today ! ARGH ! I CAN NEVER WIN !
 
Slowely. Step. Away. From. The. Candy.

Yikes! Can you have something like a FF hot chocolate or something sweet, but not really bad? Maybe a hard candy??
 
Personally, that's why I strive toward balance, not deprivation. Maybe you can allow yourself one treat a day. For me, this works. For others it ends up a binge session. You have to figure out what works for you. In the meantime stop stressing--it only makes it worse ;-)

That's exactly what I do. Once I mark something as "bad" or "off limits" it consumes my thoughts and I crave it so badly. If I let myself have something little every day I never feel deprived and become much less likely to binge. For some, like Beavs said, this doesn't work, though. For me it's perfect.

For me I have realized I can not even have one piece of candy, or else the sugar binge starts. I just want more and more of it. Its crazy !
