The maximum intensity workout

I love this tape!! It is a really good workout. I jog and do your tape as well. I think you are a great instructor who is motivating. I was just wondering if you had solely a floor workout. I am pretty "clutzy" when it comes to step aerobics? Also what would you recommend for me to do as a workout since hopefully in the very near future I am going to try to get pregnant? I like to jump around alot and I don't think jogging is such a good idea.
