The "Kind" Diet

I have the book and decided to try to stick to a vegetarian lifestyle because of it. I really enjoy reading it. The recipes look good, but are a little complex. My market doesn't have many of the ingredients she uses, but you can change the recipes up a bit. I just really like the way the book is written too. It really makes you want to live a kinder lifestyle.
 
Thanks for the review Stephanie. I was thinking of getting the book but was worried about the recipes. You validated my thinking.

For vegetarian recipes - I find Vegetarian Times has pretty easy ones with easy to get ingredients. Jillian Michaels new cookbook also has a really good section of vegetarian recipes and seafood. Most of them are quick and simple ingredients. I've made about a dozen of her recipes just in the last two weeks.
