The July Rotation

Have any of you that are doing the July rotation noticed that you are sleepier and hungrier? This may sound silly but I am only done with day 3 (Started on Tuesday) and I am so hungry and tired!!! I could barely finish Cycle 9 on IMAX 2 this morning! But -- I do like intensity so it feels really good too!
 
I'm not surprised that you are hungrier! I have quite an appetite now, too. Be sure to eat a well-rounded meal after you workout. With the hot, humid weather here in Montreal my body gets wiped out easily. Yesterday I took a day off from the rotation early; my body wanted to rest. Today I'm back and at 'em!}(
 
When this happens I try to up my protein up a bit usually with an extra protein shake a day and that seems to help me. I feel this way more when I'm on a Slow & Heavy rotation.
 
I feel that way with S and H also. This rotation is doing it to me already. I have upped the protein in my breakfasts as I workout in the mornings and I have been drinking more water - seem to be thirstier. It is a great rotation so far! I am looking forward to some great results!
