1 package cake mix (you pick the type)
2 cups melted ice cream (you pick the flavor)
3 large eggs
Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. lightly mist a 12 cup Bundt pan with vegetable oil spray, then dust with flour.
Place the cake mix, melted ice cream, and eggs in a bowl and mix with electric mixer until thick and well blended. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and bake 38 to 42 minutes. Let cool for 50 minutes before removing from pan.
I used a chocolate swirl cake mix and a Ben & Jerry's cherry and chocolate ice cream. I iced it with a canned cream cheese frosting, and it was just divine! :9:9:9:9:9:9:9
Next time I want to try a butter pecan cake mix with butter pecan ice cream. Let me know what you guys try.
Isn't this a neat, easy recipe? It, too, is from "The Cake Mix Doctor."
