If they're clean you probably wouldn't mark the floor, if you wear them outside I'd clean them, get the stones & dirt out before floor use. They seem to work the hips & core pretty good, and stretch all those foot, leg, back muscles, quite liking that after the treadmill runs. Tell Cathe to get some & then go over there and use them, hahahahaha.
