Anyone have one of these and what do you think of it?

I have always wanted one and finally asked for it this Christmas. I think I am getting it too!;-)

I also want the videos Tony puts out to go with it. I need them to keep me motivated!:)

To me it looks like a great NO impact alternative to the aerobics and weight training/toning that I am used to. I think it would be a nice compliment to my fitness routine.

Any opinnions are welcome!

Thanks in advance!:D

Wendy,
My husband got one of these as an early Christmas present from his mother and he really likes it except that he has been having a lot of trouble with blisters on his feet because of the workouts. We think it has to do with the stride that it forces you to use, because he was a cross-country runner in highschool and college and never had any trouble like this before.
I've used it a few times and it's good as a kind of "brain relaxing" workout, cardio you don't really have to think about. I've found it difficult to get very high intensity bursts from (I usually do a circuit of the different strides, building to what I find the most challenging and then starting over again). You'll probably feel it in your hip flexors and calves at first, and maybe your abs or arms depending on your fitness level.
Tony Little's videos bothered me so much I could never watch one all the way through, but maybe you'll be able to stomach him, or just watch it once and writing down the routine.
Good luck! It's fun and pretty easy to put together.

Hi Mattea,

Thank you for the input!

I seem to have a tolerance for annoying instructors so I bet I can handle Tony as long as the exercise routine itself doesn't bore me to tears. :)
