The Firm Workouts

To anyone who is familiar with these workouts,
My daughter who is 18 years old wants to start doing these workouts which I thought was great for her but I was having a hard time coming with a rotation for her. I know the heaviest weight they use are 8 pound dumbells but my question was can she do 2 of the cardio&sculpt dvd's in a row being that they dont really go all that heavy? I also have alot of the firm dvd's including the wave kit transfirmer steps and others too?
Thanks!

I haven't done my FIRM workouts in quite some time, but IIRC, I alternated C/S and C with maybe one S. There used to be a lot of good rotations over at the FIRM website - maybe they are still up.

HTH!!

I have to say when I was doing the FIRM they were advocating using FIRM tapes 5 days per week. My body absolutely hated it. I was miserable. I know that the weights in the FIRM are relatively light, but I still think that 3 days a week is appropriate.

That would just be fine because that's what I did before.
As long as she is fine with it, the only important thing here is how you feel about the workout. You can even feel if your doing it right or wrong, also even feel if the workout is effective for you or not.

Thanks for the info

I had the membership before and unfortunately it's not free like cathe's. There is a monthly fee. She was interested in a few of the dvd's like the kettle bell one, kickboxing one. All the ones that she liked where all cardio&sculpt dvd's. I think she should be fine it's not like she is looking to build muscle just sweat a little and have some fun!
