I was a die hard Firm addict (like some of you all). Anyway, when they came out with BSS3, I was psyched. Then I tried their step aerobics. I found it too complicated and repetitive. The cueing was also horrible. That just turned me off step completely. Then came all the rants and raves about Cathe. Of course, I decided to give her a try. I did her weight training workouts and I loved them. Still, I wasn't sure about step...that is until I saw low max on TV. It didn't look too complex and in the Collage Video catalogue, they described the choreography as moderate. So, I went for it and I am glad. It didn't take me long to master the moves. Now, I am on to Imax 2 (which is awesome and tough) and will soon order Imax 3. I am glad I found Cathe. It is amazing what good cueing can do in making or breaking a video. No more Firm videos for me. I have moved on to a better instructor.
