Good morning, girls!

I made it back to the boards last night, but after catching up with cheetah personals (which can take awhile), I was out of steam. http://www.knittinghelp.com/forum/images/smilies/aug08_040.gif I spent the whole day yesterday analyzing video and writing, writing, writing until drops of blood popped out on my forehead. I felt like I was in undergrad again. (I was a Communication major, so everything was writing-intensive.) I made it my BFL Free Day because I broke into some popcorn during the day and chowed down. When I finally gave the ol’ brain and fingers a rest, I went out for dinner at Fat Jack’s BBQ. Hoo boy. It was tasty. Anyway, my day *was* productive, but it was all about National Boards and nothing else. I have 50 notebooks still sitting in my car and 80 poems to grade, and I don’t like having that much hanging over my head, but http://forum.sonshi.com/images/smilies/shrug.gif I just don’t see that happening this weekend and I'm choosing not to stress over it. After class today, I’m heading to my sister’s, staying overnight, and we’re going skiing tomorrow.

I woke up in the middle of the night, drenched in sweat. So when I got up to change my shirt and realized it was after midnight, I decided to see if the pre-sale was up. It was, so my order is in! #17767. Looks like #17718 is one of the earliest, if not the first, invoice #s.

Di :: sorry to hear DH is so sick. Did he make it in to the doc?…Yes, that is BF’s situation. She thinks his ex is going to freak when she finds out…Initially, I was thinking of not ordering X+ b/c of STS, but since it’ll be awhile before STS is actually released, I decided to go for it, and I’m glad I did. Tony’s workouts bring a fresh change of pace and new challenges, and his goofball humor is motivating to me. I like that it changes the resistance for you.

Had, at best, a handful of friendly conversations with him AND HIS WIFE. Grrrr. Oh, I never did work out yesterday. I plowed straight on through with my work. So before class this morning, I'm just going to make up the missed HIIT from yesterday. That'll mean no legs this week then, but tomorrow on the slopes will suffice for cardio and a strong leg and core workout.

I got online and immediately went to the presale page!:7 I pre-ordered STS and also took advantage of the free shipping to order Slow and Heavy. I have wanted that one for a while now so I finally am going to get it. I think I am going to go through my DVD collection and put alot of it on Ebay. I have a good amount of DVDs and there are quite a few that I just never use. I think I have too much! I couldn't pass up STS though and selling off what I don't use will help to pay for the new ones! I've already sold several over the past year or so but I think I'm going to really dig in and force myself to be honest about wether I use the work out or not. I tend to want to hang on to Cathe's stuff well...just because it's Cathe! LOL

K, now that I babbled on about THAT! LOL

I set my alarm for uber early in hopes of being motivated to get up and drag my arse to the gym for an early run but no such luck. Way too tired. If it's supposed to be on the mild side today I may take it outdoors. We'll see what it's like. In any case, it's cardio only for me today. :)

So I have a little glute DOMS from Amy's Slo Mo but nothing bad at all. (Oh, and the back is fine!)Ya know, though, that I had ended up with some pretty wicked chest DOMS from her towards the END of the day after I worked chest. Perhaps this means that at the end of the day today, I just might be limping!:p :7 }(

Cathy: Thanks for the coffee girl! *slurp* LOL Good job jumping on the pre-sale! I'm so excited but I know we probably have a good 6 months to wait for this series now, if not longer!!!

Alrighty, well my little guy is carrying on up in his room so I guess I'd better go save him from his misery! LOL

I'm back!

Well, I chose 9 dvds that I rarely use to put on ebay. I listed 4 of them this morning and will list the rest once these 4 sell.

We have errands galore to run today. We have to hit Costco in a BAD way and on the way I need to hit the post office to mail out an ebay item that needs to be shipped and then I need to hit Staples for more shipping supplies and a few things to help me get organized with my weight lifting work outs! I am going to pick up a 3 ring binder and a package of those clear page sleeves as well as some dry erase markers. My plan is to print out one copy of every weight lifting work out spread sheet I have, put them each in one of those plastic sleeves which I will keep in the binder and then write my info ON THE SLEEVE. When I run out of room then I can ERASE a column and keep going instead of having to print out more then one sheet and having tons of sheets lying around loose. This will come in especially handy for the X work outs!!! I'm so excited! I know...small things amuse small minds, right? :p

When we finally get home from errand-max it will be lunch and then DS' nap time and my work out time! After that it'll be time to start getting ready to head to SIL's for dinner!

Hi girls

I slept in late this morning....woke up at 8:30 then rolled over and went back to sleep.:eek: I finally got my kaboose out of bed at 10:00. We didn't get to bed until midnight and I was exhausted since I had a sleep deficit anyways. We had company over and they didn't leave until 11:30.
I have some butt DOMS today b/c I did B&G leg blast and not the CC workout that I thought I had on my schedule. Come to find out, I had B&G for yesterday and CC for today. Hopefully the EXT will help work out the DOMS....or make them worse.}( But, I am looking forward to Sean. When the 40 minute mark came on the DVD player and the screen came on for the stretch.....I said "thank god!" out loud.:D I can't say I liked that premix....but it was effective as per my sore butt today. I really don't enjoy re-doing segments over and over again.

Wendy - Good for you for being so organized with your workouts. I think that's a great idea for your X pages. I still haven't downloaded the X+ workout sheets...maybe today.
So are you selling some Cathe's? I can't bring myself to sell those ones either. I just love them toooooo much. I have no problem selling my other workouts though.
So you liked slo-mo legs? I need to give that one a shot.
I didn't know you didn't have slow and heavy. OMG....you're gonna love it. It really brings on the DOMS!! I always get a burn with those!

Diana - So is the ifit workouts like Cardiocoach CD's? Hope you like them.
I hope the arrival of those grandbabies is a successful one. You just might have yourself a pretty busy weekend huh?
What kind of workout do you have going on today? Lemme guess....some kind of EXT workout? So glad you got that....I think you're gonna love it!

Laura - Oh yea...me loves me some Sean!!}( :eek: He has the most sexy voice. But, you're gonna have to share him today since I ended up having a date with Cathe yesterday and not Sean. Which leaves me with Sean today.:)

Cathy - So glad you had a productive day. Now you really deserve a good happy and fun ski day today. A workout doesn't get any more fun than that!
I ordered today just before noon. I actually forgot about it and after picking up from last night and cooking the boys breakfast, I didn't sit down until then. My order # was 18023. It will be a wild ride I'm sure.

Oh yeah....slept like a baby! I had all kinds of dreams....not any really good ones....but lots of dreams. I feel great except for the mild headache I had this morning because I had 2 vodka CABs last night. I had 3 slices of pizza, 3 breadsticks, and some homemade chicken nuggets along with them so I didn't even get a buzz...but still got the headache. I'm such a poor excuse for a CABBER.:-( I'm not giving up though!!!!!

OK girls.....I haven't even checked my email or anything yet today and it's alread noon.;( I'll check back later.

Um...to be honest Ang...all but ONE are Cathe dvds!:eek: I know! I could get permanently banned from these forums for saying that out loud in here! LOL I am selling what I honestly never or rarely use. I love Cathe's work outs to death overall but I just don't use all of the ones I have so I really need to part with some of it and STS is giving me the kick in pants I needed to do it! Ever since I discovered running and heavy lifting with less cardio, I have found lots of my Cathe collection going to waste. There are also some that I've actually just never liked to begin with. Yes, it IS possible! :p I will probably add a few more non-Cathes to the ebay collection at some point as well. You know me, I am ALWAYS adding new vids to my collection so once in a while I just need to "clean house". :)

Well, I started printing off some more of the weight work spread sheets. I am editing them to suit me better first though so it's taking some time. Hopefully I get everything organized with in the week so that it's just DONE!:D

Off to do my cardio now...still don't know what that will be!:p

Probably won't be back now until tonight or tmrw so have a great afternoon!
 
Fab Cabs...I like the sound of that!! You are so creative Cathy. DS and Amanda came over last night and DS spent 2 hours setting up my elliptical. It came with an ifit memory card, a beginners 20 min w/o that Jerod did. Jerod lost screen time and wanted to earn some screen time back. Bribery works well in my house.

The rotation calls for MM and I'm going to add on my advanced ifit w/o and see how that goes.

DH is still really sick and NO, he didn't go to the Dr. Why are men like that??? He's not a whiner or complainer but it bothers me that he would prefer to suffer than to go to the dr.

I hate to admit this, but I was cooking bacon for DH this morning and burned it. I had to take the pan outside to the porch as the kitchen was filled with smoke. Thankfully I got it out before the smoke detector went off. How embarrasing is that!

Cathy-Oh my-I didn't realize the semi-stalker was somewhat related...and married. It sounds like you had a very busy day yesterday. It was such a struggle getting my bachelors degree I don't know how you do it. All that reading and writing papers, 10 pages, 20 pages, 50 pages etc. You make it all sound so simple! I would think your friend would be above playing games like that. Wanting a baby for her own reason is understandable, but to use it against someone else is wrong. She needs to be careful. What if things don't work out with this guy? She will be in the same boat as his ex.

Wendy-It's a good idea to get rid of the w/o you don't use, Cathe's or otherwise. I pretty much use all my Cathe w/o but have branched out to Amy Bento, Kimberly Spreen and Tracy Staehle. I also have Jari Love although I don't really care for her w/o's. Actually, maybe it's her I don't care for and that's why I don't care for her w/o. They remind me of slim in 6 and I rather take a sharp stick to the eye than do those:)

Angie-I didn't get to bed until almost midnight last night myself. I was hoping to sleep in but ended up getting up at 7:30. I'm also eating chocolate chips as I type. We all have our downfalls. I need to look into cardio coach too. Can you tell me where to start?

Laura-I think we must've posted at the same time last night. Hope you are out enjoying your run with coach Sean:)
