Let's go over to The Dark Side, shall we . . .

Breakfast: Pop Tarts and a 20-oz. Coke

Mid-morning snack: Pork rinds and two handfuls of your co-worker's candy

Lunch: 4 White Castle sliders, french fries (for veggie balance), one of those hot apple pie thingies in the white grease-stained sleeve, all washed down with a YooHoo

Mid-afternoon snack: Two more handfuls of your co-worker's candy, Chicken In A Biskit crackers

Dinner: Tuna Helper, au gratin potatoes out of a box, string beans boiled in canned mushroom soup, jello mold with whipped cream filling, Hawaiian punch mixed with ginger ale (for a festive feel)

Mid-evening snack: half a box of Cheez-Its and a roll of Tums

Aquqjock - lol at your french fries (for vegie balance)! Sometimes when I ask my DH about his veggie intake he'll say something like - 'I had some crips - they're made of potato aren't they'!
