Not uniformed at all, this is a recent thing. I put together a Word file covering all of Cathe's workouts based on different aspects such type of exercise, length of workout, etc. If you want a copy, send me an email and I'll be happy to email you one!

This needed to be done years ago and I'm glad I was at least a little part of someone doing it. yes, I was asking all over the place and you did more than I think Cathe would have done. So. drum roll someone!!!!! I wish I could make my computer sing for you.
