Workout done! I did stretchmax3 too...didn't burn alot though, only 253...but i 'burned' while doing the workout;)

Roxie-WTG on imax3,ive never tried that one. The reason it took them so long to send MM was because dumb me paid with our checking account through paypal instead doing the instant option using a CC :rolleyes: They had to wait for the check to clear(understandable)

well thanks to Elaine's reminder, last night I remembered that I still needed to do biceps. Unfortunately, my car was doing something weird so I had to spend the evening riding around with DH trying to listen to the problem. I had gotten new tires yesterday and then it starting having problems. Tire store says its not anything they did, so we have to take it to the dealership tomorrow.
So I did manage to get up early this morning and get those biceps done. I also did a shorter version of STS legs. Tonight after work, I went to step class. We had a sub again, but she was hard. I managed to burn 525 calories and was a blob of sweat. I'm on track for the week.

Im up early,went to bed pretty early. I plan on going to the park and doing a run interval. I had fun the other day. Hopefully it won't rain...

DH started his night shift last night...it was nice to have the evening to myself. I caught up on some shows there were recorded and read for an hour before falling asleep. He works 3days on/4 days off...then it reverses the next week with 4days on/ 3days off. Isn't too bad, i believe i can handle it!

Can someone please explain to me why I can get out of bed early to do cardio, but can't seem to get the wt work done. Today I am getting my hair permed so getting of work early I need to do 4ds lower body that seems to be the one I don't like doing the most, the 4ds chest, shoulders and tris, plus ab work. I really need to work on the hip and thigh area but hate lower body work.

Amelia-glad you enjoyed your workout and sometimes its nice to have time to yourself.

Jean-keeping my fingers crossed on the car its funny you can't get biceps done and I can't get butt work done.
 
Roxie, I hate LB(particulary lunges) and abb work. Just one of those things we have to make ouselves do...

CCV3 is done...i added in about 5mins of walking so my HR would come down. Burned 375cals. I like going to the park...think i will start doing it twice a week.

Today was shoulders and triceps. I put the chest work on hold because my new Power Tower hasn't arrived yet. UPS website shows it should be here today. I'm still thinking about doing a 5K tomorrow night. I'll let you know if I decide.

Good Morning,

I have only worked out 3 days this week and I am down 2lbs 123# going to try and makeup my workouts again today and then I have decided that starting Monday I will get up and do my workouts in the morning, I am making to many excuses not to workout. I didn't eat much yesterday either wasn't feeling real well then I ended up with a headache from not eating and I felt physically and emontionally drained last nite. Sorry for the whining and excuses. This morning will be SJ&P step only to warm up for 4ds lower boday and then some kind of abs. Tonite will be 4ds ch,sh, and tris and abs.

Amelia-enjoy your walmartmax day the football game this weekend is out of town and late so everyone will be at walmart.
 
Its going to be a fun day I have the flu upset stomach pounding headache but I did manage to do 3 of my workouts I didn't go very heavy on the legs not up to it. I will try to do the others later.

Well I got my Turbo tower put together and did chest work using it. I also tried to do some pull ups on it. That's going to take some time to achieve. I can do one from standing with my Iron Man door bar, but I couldn't do any from sitting under the tower. I can't believe how Cathe's just pulls her self up and down and up and down in STS.
Tonight's my 5K. I'm pretty sure I'll sign up.

Roxie, hope you feel better soon. I can't believe you worked out while you are sick. Take it easy.

Amelia, have fun with Walmart Max. I am doing clean max, like company's coming clean max. So I better get started. Too bad I can't seem to keep my house company clean all the time.

Today i will do muscle max...i may get in a walk this evening on the treadmill. Were suppose to go out for supperer somewhere this evening...still deciding on where.

Today I still need to make up the chest, shoulder, and tri work and do a stretch. DH and I are going for our walk later. My mini challenge this week is to eat healthy and get up in the morning and get my workouts done.

Last night was the "Run in the Dark" 5 K. It benefited our local community store house that provides foods and necessities to the disadvantaged. The race was a lot of fun. My time really stunk, but since I normally run in the morning and have never run in the evening, I didn't really care about my time. There were over 1000 people there. It was really hard to get started because there were tons of walkers who all decided to start at the front of the line up. There were several walls of walkers that you had to try and squeeze between to get to a place you could finally find your pace.
I burned over 500 calories running it.

Today is my rest day. I managed to get in 3 cardio and 3 weight workouts this week. My goal is to do the same this week. Now I need to get back to finishing the cleaning that I didn't get done yesterday.

Yay Jean...I bet that run was so exhilarating. Yeah,who cares about the time...running is all that matters. You did it...congrats on the race and all your hard work with your workouts this week!
