Whats everyone up to today?

Were suppose to go do a hike today, but it looks like rain. My rotation calls for a rest day...i may take one and get one of my lower calorie days out of the way;)

Tonite is 4ds Back and Bis then something from ab hits. I noticed its been awhile since I took a rest week and from the way my body feels this morning I might just do that next week.

Hey girls, we decided to go ahead and do the hike and im glad because it still hasn't rained yet. We hiked for an hour and thirty two minutes and i burned 478cals. I was tired halfway through it though:confused: So, tomorrow will be a rest day!

Roxie-I try to take rest weeks once every 6months...it does help. Enjoy your 4ds workout!

Im making brunswick stew for supper in the crockpot and its only 341cals for 2cups:eek: I may post the recipe in the recipe boards when i have time later.

No workout today. I was still catching up on sleep with morning from visit my family with weekend. Tomorrow I better get up.

Good morning everyone. This morning was the back portion of Disc 18. Still trying to catch up on sleep so I was too tired to do the biceps. I was suppose to do disc 16 or the second round, but since it is chest work I am putting it off til the end of the week when my Tower will hopefuly be here. Yea!!! Might try to get the biceps in tonight. I also did 100 ab crunches. For my mini challenge, I'm going to try to do some ab work several times a week.

Im not sure what im doing today, I was suppose to take a rest day yesterday so i may just do that today. Im kinda tired...didn't sleep very well last night:(

Good Morning,

Tonite is KCMs Kickboxing. I am really going to tighten up my diet starting today and see where that gets me. I can really see my abs starting to show through. This is the week I was suppose to post after pictures from Slim in 6 and I might still even though I quit doing that one.

Amelia-I hear you on not sleeping well I had some pretty bad nightmares and I couldn't seperate reality from fiction.

Hi girls,

there must be something in the air. I ddn't sleep well for the last 4 nights. My DS(8) is having difficulty getting and staying asleep. He is absolutly terrified to sleep. so I've been sleeping in his bed with him. Cozy but not too comfy;)

Yesterday I did KPC/L&G strength circuit premix with KPC abs. This morning I did GS premixes of both upper body WOs. My arms where shaking.

Okay gotta go to Target and return something for DH.
 
Just finished KCM kickboxing didn't get the cal burn I wanted still need to get some of the combos down so I have decided to do this one at least twice a week until I did actually did worse this time.

I forgot to mention earlier that im so proud of myself this morning. Yesterday was one of the dreaded 1400 calorie days and for the first time i was hungry ALL DAY LONG:confused:, BUT...i got through it:D thanks to gum and herbal tea;).

Tonite for me is 4ds legs and some kind of abs. I think I will take the last week in Sept off then start Oct. with KCM but I need to add one more workout so I have 2 cardios 2 wts and 1 circuit.

Amelia-enjoy your run and congrats on the not eating.
 
My cardio is done. Decided to go to the park and do CCV4, burned 508 in 50mins...fun workout:)

Good morning everyone.

Today was interval jog/walk outside. I used sprint challenges from Itread and Cardio Coach. I guess I need to do more interval work because I thought I was going to die. Burned over 500 calories though. Never got the biceps in last night. I will try to get them in tonight.

Ok girls I have some fantastic news to share with all of you. Remember when I complained about DH and smoking well he had a Dr. Appt today and the dr. gave him a perscription to help him stop I have to go pick it up after work I can't even begin to explain to you how happy this makes me. He promised me he would talk to the dr and he actually followed through with it. Ok I will quit qushing now, but does rejuvinate me to want to workout more and get myself into better shape for him because he is doing this for me.

Since MM hasn't came yet(was finally shipped yesterday:rolleyes:) im going to do BM2 upper body + all the leg conditioning drills. I may do some extra sets of squats if i feel I need to.

I know this is rare for me but I got up and did Imax 3 step only still have problems with combos 2,7,and 8 but I got a much better calorie burn then the last time I did it. Tonite I need to make up 4ds lower legs and clx abs. Oldest DD and SIL stopped by and so you think you can dance was on so I didn't get it done and I wanted to curl up to DH for what he did.
