Today is going to be TJ 20 min cardio and then later CLX Burn Circuit 2. I want to get the house clean before DH gets home so he can take a knap. I was awake at 1 am when DH went to work and couldn't go back to sleep so I did what Amelia did and read my book until it was finished.

Amelia-to funny about your son. Enjoy LIS if that is what you choose to do.

quick check in,My workout is done. I power walked 3 miles on a 4% incline...took about 45mins. It was a good, steady workout.

This morning I got up and used the gym at the hotel I was at. (Went to a wedding last night that was about 5 hours drive away so stayed at the hotel it was at). I did the bike and then bis and tris. Had a nice time at the wedding and did not over indulge.

Amelia, sorry about the car and DH ignoring it. Hope you will get it figured out.

Roxie, sorry about waking up at 1:00. Glad you were able to finish your book though.

Elaine, hope the orthotics help the foot heal.

Morning, today I will do a circuit, probably C&W, haven't done that one in a while...

My WI was this morning and im up about a lb. Today's weight was 176.4 my lowest is 175.6 so what-ever:rolleyes: im over it...im doing all the right things and im sure i will get another whoosh soon. Just got to stick to it. Its been hard the past couple of days.

Jean-Nice job on your gym workout & glad you enjoyed the wedding.

Today is suppose to be a rest day but I still need to make up the workout I missed and then do Recharge.

Amelia-enjoy your workout and ignore the scale probably just water wt.
 
drive by check in for me too...Cardio and Weights done. My energy was lacking..i had to really push myself to finish.
