Good Morning,

Since DH has been out of town all week I haven't slept well on top of the fact that I don't feel well and my legs feel like lead so I didn't get a workout in last night. The weather here was pretty bad last night alot of power outages, golf ball to tennis ball size hail, tornados and high wind. Luckily we just had the wind but it is cold and cloudy here today.

Jean-have a nice mothers day and great job on the ab work.

Amelia-sounds like you need to skip today and do other things.
 
Hey girls, decided to workout after all. did LM step only then MM upper body. Totaling 80mins and 460 burned. I may start doing some of my workouts at night since that seems to be the hardest time of the day of my diet.

Morning

Today will be some cardio plus lower body. I may do 4ds bootcamp + lower body, also need to do some core. 4ds legs is what got me good last week:confused:

I feel off the wagon again with my eating...it hasn't been the greatest. Guess when i am ready to be consistent...i will. Im tired of worrying about it.

GO Jean GO...were cheering you on girl!!!! Your doing a lot of 5ks lately...i may go find one to train for, your inspiring me! Maybe it can motivate me a little with my diet,lol.

Roxie-Glad to hear the you avoid the root of the storms.

Elaine-Nice workout thursday! Im thinking about getting Athletic step...how is the choreograph? Is it fun?

Roxie, sorry about the sleep. Wow that's some major storms. Glad everything is ok.

Amelia, nice workout. As for the eating, we all go through that. Now get back on the wagon.

Hi Elaine.

I got up this morning and headed up for the race(5K). Dh came up later and I saw him on the first major turn. The course wove in and out of our town center so I got to see him several times. I think I finished under 36 minutes. Official times probably won't be posted until tomorrow. Still slow, but at least I'm jogging the whole way. I'm hoping some day it will get easier and faster, LOL.

Good Morning,

Went to the Fitness Center this morning to do some wt. work to make up for what I didn't do and when they say you shouldn't workout when you haven't had enough sleep or not feeling good they are right I couldn't even move the wt on the tricep machine it was horrible. DH comes home today so I hope to sleep like a baby tonite.

Amelia-my eating has been horrible all week to.

Jean-great job on the 5k a jog is better than I can do, some day you will run.
 
I never did workout yesterday, i was in such a bad mood all day long. Not sure what started it. I should have made myself workout...it would of lifted my mood a bit.

Not sure what im doing today, 4ds Legs is for sure + some step, maybe i will do boot camp on there? I really need to look into getting some new workouts. Im getting bored with the ones i have:confused:

Jean-Running the whole way in a 5k is a major achievement! Congrats on the time.

Good Morning,

Slept lika baby last night since DH was home but I now have a sinus infection. We are going to SILs for lunch and then I may do some kind of stretch.

Amelia-take today off its Mothers Day.
