Elaine-Love that premix on LIC, i wish Cathe would make more workouts like it...maybe that long thread in the 'suggestions' area about a low impact series will inspire her to make one. That would be so cool!

Im done with my workout. I took the dog for a 40min dogwalk then I did all of Imax2. So thats 94mins total and 624 calories burned:D MAN DO I FEEL AWESOME! I really like that pina colada song at the end of interval 9..really inspires me to finish the the workout.

Amelia, so sorry to hear about the job. Doesn't sound like a place you would want to work for if they have a revolving door policy. It makes you wondet though about why she left in the first place. Nic ejob on the calorie burn.

Yesterday's work out was a 4K jog. I'm trying to build back up so I'll be ready for any 5K races that come around here now that the weather is nice.

Today was a short jog with the dogs. It was too windy so I came home and was going to finish on the TM, but got distracted and before I knew it, it was time to go to work.

This weekend is the Hound Dog Hustle in the next town over. It has a 5k for humans or a 1k for humans with their dogs. I'm thinking about taking the golden retriever and doing the 1K with her. The aussie gets too nervous around other dogs so she will have to stay home :( It's suppose to rain though so I hope it doesn't.

Jean-I will be cheering you on this weekend! What a neat 5k! I wouldn't be able to take my lab to a race like that either..glad you can take your golden retriever! Im not sure why the old dispatcher left to begin with...apparently it was sudden because alot of her stuff was still on her desk when i got hired? Its strange...but im over it.

Okay this morning I did the original boot camp. I did the premix that leaves out the abs. I was dragging this morning. I ate popcorn last night. I think when I eat junk before bed my sugar drops. Why is it I can't seem to be consistant with my eating? I get so frustrated and angry with my self.

Someday I will figure this out. Off to the gorcery store.

Its been a busy day here at work. Tonite I am going to the fitness center and do either the elliptical or treadclimber depending on whats available. Its suppose to rain again this afternoon so everyone will be inside.


Amelia-enjoy MM I wish I could have finished that one the other nite.

Elaine-I am with you on the eating thing just can't seem to stay away from the bad stuff.

Still need to do abs but they still hurt from my last ab workout that I made up.

Went to the fitness center this morning and used the wt. machines, did a pyramid type thing with the ab machine ended up being 90 reps then I decided to go for a walk. Youngest DD and her pets are moving back home this weekend so much for peace and quiet and having a bathroom to myself.

Happy Weekend everyone. Well this morning I got up and it was raining. I did not want to go to a race in the rain so I came in and checked weather.com and it said it was going to clear up. So I got ready and took the golden retriever and headed up to the race. The aussie was not happy. I heard it crying when I pulled out of the driveway :(. The 5K started first. Dogs could only participate in the the 1 mile fun run. So when that was done, the 1 mile started. Of course Summer who had had an hour or more to do her business decides now that the race started it must be a good time to go. How embarrassing, cleaning up and then trying to find a trash can near the course. Oh well at least I was prepared and didn't just have to leave it. She had a great time. I would say there was over 100 dogs there. I don't know how many runners did the 5k. At the finish line we got a sports bottle and a dog tag medal. Oh and we got a shirt and dog scarf just for registering. It was fun.

Im not sure what im doing today, may take another rest day. I'm really trying to focus on my diet right now. I haven't worked out since Friday...just have no motivation,guess the job loss has still got me down. I don't want to come on here and whine about it anymore.:confused:

We had some really bad storms come through here yesterday. I was up until 2:30 watching the news..all the bad storms were north of us,thank goodness...i hope no one was hurt.

Were going to Niece's b-day party this evening. She is 2 (terrible 2's,LOL) I will have to avoid all the goodies there. There grilling out chicken breast so at least i know i can eat that. And absolutely no cake for me!!!

I will try and check in with more workouts soon:) Hugs to everyone!

Good Afternoon,

Rest day for me we helped younger DD move today.

Amelia-good luck on the diet thing I really need to focus on that. I am finding more cardio works better than doing cardio and wts. I do a full body twice a week.
