Roxie, hope the sudafed continues to work for you. Glad you the dizziness is starting to go away. I don't know how you manage to keep your workouts going when not feeling 100%. You rock.
Amelia, so sorry to hear about your parents. That's a tough one. Sometimes I think it is easier on younger children than grown ones. You may never know their reasons. Just know that I'm sure they both love you and that just have to do what they feel is right for them. So sorry though, never easy.
Hi Elaine, How was your week?
Today I go up, took out the trash and recycling and laid back down in bed. Mulled over whether I should stay there, but finally got back up and took the dogs for a jog. I'm not sure for how long because I forgot to look at a clock before I left. Oh well, however long or short it was, it burnt more calories than if I had stayed in bed, right?
hope everyone has a great weekend. I have a hair appt. on Sat for some more highlights. The first time I loved them, the second time not so much (too brassy) so hopefully this time will be more like the first time.
