Elaine, the circuits that the trainer had me do were just weights and rotate through the body parts. For example, do one arm rows for back, followed by lateral raises for shoulders, then do squats and then reverse crunches. Rest and repeat at least once(each exercise is 12-15 reps. Then chest press, shoulder press, deadlifts and planks. As for which Cathe DVD comes close, I would say Bootcamp. It rotates through the body parts and adds cardio. Meso cysle 1 is kind of a circuit because it rotates through the body parts.
No work out for me today. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get one in.
