Tonite I did GS tris and shoulders and SJP with 1 set of risers legs are not happy with me. Not doing so good with abs this week.

Morning! Nice cal burn Roxie! im not doing good with abbs either...i think i will do core workout from the biggest loser yoga workout.

so...not sure what im doing today.Would love to do a cardio coach but DH worked last night and he'll be in the bedroom shortly(where the treadmill is) maybe i will do some lowmax then bi's and tri's from 4ds.

I have alot of things planned for today we will just have to see how my muscles hold up. I started today with Hip Hop Abs Last Minute Abs and now I am going to do Jillian Michaels wii game, then later I want to do LM step only and SJP abs.

Well I couldn't get the wii to work so I did LM step only and SJP abs. The electricty went out after the first combo so I had to start it again.

Just finished 30mins of Imax2 and it kicked my butt,im sure its my low cal diet the takes my energy...but who cares,lol,im losing;) I also did my own mix of biceps and triceps with some shoulders thrown in.

I peeked at the scale this morning and was very happy with it..tomorrow is my official WI day so i will wait until tomorrow to change my ticker!

Hi all. Today was spin class at DH's gym. I was sweating buckets. About half way through, my seat loosened up and the class was full so I couldn't switch. I felt like I needed a seat belt the way the seat tip forward and back. Oh well, maybe I got some extra inner thigh work in trying to hold on. LOL

Im waiting on my coffee. Ive got a cardio on tabs today and some abb work.

My weigh in this morning was great! 2.8 down for the week. That brings me to a grand total of 15.4 lbs loss since sept,6th. Im proud of myself and ive still got atleast 20more to go...

today is pizza and brownies for supper:eek:

I did KPC premix 41min. and then went and did my son's paper route.
I don't usually workout on Sunday but since I skipped Friday I thought it would feel good to WO today.
