Had alittle trouble with the kicking combos for some reason.

I plan on taking a rest day today! Im going with DS to see a play, the tortoise and the hare, should be fun. Its his first field trip of the year.

Nice workout Roxie, did it help with the frustration!

Elaine, youtube has some pretty cool workouts onthere! It fun searching through them...nice job!

Not sure what I want to do tonite but I know it will involve some wts. Nice thing about stomach issues you lose wt because you can't eat much down to 121lbs.

Amelia-no it did not enjoy the field trip.

This morning I did IMAX2 on one riser. I have not done it this way in a long time.I burned 300 cal. I really thought I should have burned more. My face was certainly red.:D

Off to go grocery shopping.
 
Did Ellen Barretts Zen Sculpt it was a good workout but youngest DD called right in the middle and slowed down my hr.

Elaine-I bumped up my height when i did bm2 the other day and OMG, i was out of breath towards the end...nice job with IMAX2! The play was fun...

Roxie-whenever i work out i let my answer machine get it...nice job with your workout!

Today is a circuit...im doing LIC,i want to go on the treadmill but DH won't wake up until this afternoon and im not waiting that long to get my workout in and over with.

No weightloss to report this week girls, had a feeling after last weeks 3.4lb loss that i wouldn't lose this week Oh well, i will continue on. The last couple of days have been pretty hard though...always hungry? Im having a cheat meal tomorrow and i CAN'T WAIT, were going out somewhere...i want chinese:eek:
 
Good Morning,

I am getting ready to go upstairs and do SB 1,2,3. Then I need to go get my nails done and go get groceries but I am not shopping at Wal-Mart. DH says he isn't feeling well so looks like the flu has returned to our house.

Amelia-good job with your workout don't worry about the no wt loss it will catch up. Have fun with your cheat meal today.

I just ate lunch and i feel soooo much better, my stomach was growling and my energy was lacking during my workout.

I decided to do a low impact step premix,cardio & weights, she uses a stability ball and three lb dumbells but i grabbed heavy weights and had some good burns and got my HR pretty high...good workout. I can not stand those dynamic outer thighs on that one...ugh burned 421
