Morning!

Im up and getting the kids ready for school, ive got a cardio coach on tabs for today, probably CCV4...bbl to report.
 
Good Morning,

After the flu Saturday and a migraine yesterday I am down 3lbs. Shaky and still have a headache today but I am dehydrated. I will spend today trying to get my electrolytes in balance and then see what I am feeling up to for a workout tonite.
 
Hi Amelia and Roxie,

Roxie: hope you feel better. Maybe take a rest day to recover.

This morning I did Step blast combos 1,2,3 and a run/walk interval outside in thirty degree weather. My timesaver DVD skips. It makes me so mad:mad::mad:. It has always skipped from day one. I should have sent it back requesting a replacement. I've had it for quite a few years now. I guess it's to late.

Jean: how goes the shingles?

Today is cardio outside. Hopefully it will get warm quick, suppose to be in the 70's today:eek:!! I plan on having another date with Sean @ the park;):p

Ive got TBL power sculpt coming today...I plan on doing it tomorrow.

This morning I did Gs Chest/tris premix and then about 20 min of plyo legs only the weight work.

I was rushing around this morning thinking I had a Doctors appointment and then realized it's tomorrow morning, ughh.:confused:

I've been kind of down in the dumps about my eating. I am definitly stress eating. Hopefully after tomorrow things will get better.

Roxie and Jean how goes things? Are you both feeling better?

I plan on doing wts. tonite since my headache finally went away ate to much right away and my stomach hurt again last nite but now it is just hungry. Everyone have a great day.
 
Just a quick check in. Still feeling run down. Fell asleep at 7:00 last night. Today was just some walking. Shingles rash is almost completely gone. But I still have residual pain in my elbow when I hit it just right.

Elaine, I'd contact customer service about DVD. What's the worse thing they can say, No? Then you would be in no different place if you didn't ask and they might just say yes.

I decided to do Ellen Barretts Slo-Robics that I taped off of Fittv was a nice workout except for the commercials. I can tell I haven't used my muscles for awhile.

I never did workout yesterday, i took a rest day and was SO LAZY:eek: I found a game on the computer that demanded my attention:p I did clean out the fridge.

Today is Muscle Endurance and im NOT looking forward to all of those leg presses:confused: im bidding on ME/BC on ebay...hope I win!

I will catch up with personals after my workout...bbl:)
 
Good Morning,

Feeling much better today headache slight and the stomach has calmed down alot. I am babysitting again tonite so I am going to grab DH and I something to eat on the way home and this time I know when they are coming to get him so I can plan some kind of workout for when he leaves. I also recorded Ellen Barretts Pilates with Wts. from Fittv that I might do DH says he can edit out the commercials for me.

Amelia-enjoy your workout leg presses are one of my least favorite exercises.

Amelia: good job on ME. Sometimes I will sub lunges for the leg presses.

Roxie: glad to hear your stomach has calmed down.

Jean: hopefully with some rest you will feel better. I know it took about a month to feel like myself again.

No WO this morning. I slept in a bit. I went to the doctors to discuss my abnormal labs and she decided to put me on vitamin D and hypothyroid medication. The hypothyroid meds was not a surprixe since it runs in my family, but the Vit. D was. I am just below the normal range for Vit d. The strange thing is I take about 1000-1500 I?U of D daily. She hopes the extra 1000 i/u will help.

Okay my now 22 or so lb puppy thinks she is a lap dog. She is curled up on my lap while I type ( she really does not fit very well). Silly girl!

Ive got a speech meeting at my DS(4) school at 10am, so i plan on getting in a step workout before then...im considering bm2 timesavor! LIC is funtoo...or RS...lol

Elaine-Your doggy so adorable...he wants to snuggle. My lab thinks she is a lap dog too...everytime i go out to feed her i will sit on ground to give her hugs and omgoodness..she tries to get in my lap, all 65lbs of her:confused: I hope the new medication and vitiamin D pills work foryou!

SIL decided to sit and talk when she picked up the baby and I had some bad sour cream so my stomach hurt by the time she left didn't get workout done so tonite I will do Pilates Sculpt and some PM Yoga.

I did GS B/S/Bis premix and GS legs floor. I also added some resistant band abs. I found these exercises on the web and wanted to try them out. I really struggled at the end of my WO. I was just so tired. I barely got 6 hrs of sleep last night.

Roxie: Yuck on the bad sour cream!

Elaine-sorry to hear you didn't get enough sleep. What makes me mad about the sour cream is I just bought that at Wal-Mart Sunday. Where did you find the band workout sounds interesting. Now go take a nap.
 
I just did a search on resistant band for abs. a few youtube videos came up and I picked the ones I liked. I honestly don't remember the site names, it was after midnight when I did the search. If I have time I will search again and post the sites for you.
