Morning, thought i would start us off agian!

How is everyone this morning?

Today my rotation calls for 60mins of cardio,not sure what im doing yet? BBL to report!:)
 
Good Morning,

Tonite for me is B&Gs this week is a loaded ab week tomarrow I do KPC. Changing it up next month I am going to do Slim in 6 if I don't get bored. The scale has me down 2lbs and my pants fit looser.
 
Roxie, great news on your weightloss and loose pants! Im right behind you,really going to try and stick to my cals this week. i peeked at the scale this morning and im down 1.3lbs since about two weeks ago(last time i weighed:eek:)

Workout done...Decided on 4DS power cardio premix and WOW im pooped:eek: it was all of kickbox then all of bootcamp totaling 57mins. Burned 579 cals:D

Hey, how do you like slim and 6? Ive seen the commercials on it.

Guys,i forgot to tell you a funny story. Saturday morning i got up,had my coffee and DH woke up about the same time. Well,im kinda hyper anyway but when i have coffee its like HELLO!
anyways,i drink my usual two cups of coffee and im babbering away cooking breakfast,feeding the kids and im bopping all over the place and cleaning up. I clear the table after breakfast and DH comes back from the bathroom and ask " where did my breakfast go?" I accdently threw is it away:eek:
I wanted to clean the kitchen and get it out of the way,gesh:rolleyes:

He said " THATS IT, IM TAKING AWAY YOUR COFFEE IN THE MORNING"....:rolleyes:
well LOL, thats not gonna happen (of course he was just playing)

Cute story. I haven't done Si6 yet just previewed everyone says it gets boring but you see good results so I will just have to keep you posted. I don't mind the firewalkers its the walking lunges I don't like.
 
Hi everyone.

Congradts to both Foxy Roxie and Amelia with your weight loss! WEll done!

I had forgotten to take my runners to work yesturday (took the gym bag, minus the runners DuuuuHHH!) So I couldn't get to Bootcamp -Bugger.

Amelia - I don't know if its coffee that makes you hyper and throw peoples meals away. I've been guilty of same!!!! Im just focused on cleaning up the mess, and a plate of uneaten food IS MESS.

Got to go, running late for work. See ya.
 
Just finished B&G and I wanted to puke so I didn't do all the lunges she did and some of the ab work.

Tonite is KPC and looking ahead there is only 1 day this week I don't work my abs they better look amazing when I am through.

Today my rotation calls for Legs, im doing MIS then a lower body workout i found on youtube. Im not sure how long MIS legs is but if i don't burn atleast 300 cals i will have to lunge and squat around the living until i do.:p

Roxie-Nice job on B&G last night...dontcha just love when the puke factor hits? :)confused:) enjoy KPC tonight!

Andrea-You planning on doing bootcamp today? Have a nice workout!

workout done as planned. It took me about 40mins in total. Burned 318,not too bad,im pleased. I didn't like that youtube workout too much...it looked kinda fun but i didn't really feel anything. Probably won't do it again:rolleyes:. I can't wait until cathe releases that traveling band workout, i will use it as add-ons after my weight workouts;) Im trying to buy bodyfusion for the add-on section thats on it. It really burns ya

Hey girls a quick hi!

My computer has been acting up. We've had over 40 viruses on it.

My arms are shaking. I just did 4DS LIS, and BM2 double upper. I skipped the WU on bm2 and the abs. I felt like crying when it said repeat tris:eek:. But I did what it said.

Yesterday I did wk2 of plyo legs. My hamsting/glute area are sore.

Jean my mini challenge this week is to get all my WOs in as the rotation says and to stick to eating clean. So far so good.

gotta go shower and begin thinking of what I am going to make for dinner in this 90 degree weather day.
 
What is body fusion is it by cathe?

Its a beginner/intermediate circuit style workout that comes with basic step or alone with the Step(im looking in to buy if from either ebay or amazon soon). If you use heavier weights with the circuit your HR really gets up there!
It also has an upper and lower body resistance band workout on there thats awesome!

Great workout Elaine! I know what you mean about the tricep works on DBL UB premix...i always forget she does everything twice on that one,LOL. The shoulder workout is killer
 
Amelia, I had to go a few pounds lower than Cathe on shoulders and bis. I was so pooped from doing LIS first, but I sweated buckets!!:D:D
 
Just finished KPC and quit after combo 2 of the drills. TTOM and I am bloated and not feeling well.

Hi everyone. No workouts this week. Still can't get to my weights(DD's stuff is in theway) and I have been working 12-14 hours days so I'm beat any way. Off the rest of the week to head to the road trip. I'll post while I'm there is I can.

Elaine- I read somewhere( i think bodybuilding.com) that is is better to do weights first then cardio, that way you don't get tuckered out with the cardio and can't give your all with the weights. Eversince reading that i do weights first...then cardio second.(even if i don't want to do cardio after huffing and puffing with weights:rolleyes:)

This morning I did Leaner Legs the entire tape except for the static lunges. I have to say that I find this tape very boring. My legs where already sore from plyo legs on Monda, so I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow.:eek: The traditional ab work really got in there.:)

It's going to be another hot one today.
