Roxie, great news on your weightloss and loose pants! Im right behind you,really going to try and stick to my cals this week. i peeked at the scale this morning and im down 1.3lbs since about two weeks ago(last time i weighed)
Workout done...Decided on 4DS power cardio premix and WOW im poopedit was all of kickbox then all of bootcamp totaling 57mins. Burned 579 cals

Guys,i forgot to tell you a funny story. Saturday morning i got up,had my coffee and DH woke up about the same time. Well,im kinda hyper anyway but when i have coffee its like HELLO!
anyways,i drink my usual two cups of coffee and im babbering away cooking breakfast,feeding the kids and im bopping all over the place and cleaning up. I clear the table after breakfast and DH comes back from the bathroom and ask " where did my breakfast go?" I accdently threw is it away![]()

He said " THATS IT, IM TAKING AWAY YOUR COFFEE IN THE MORNING"....

workout done as planned. It took me about 40mins in total. Burned 318,not too bad,im pleased. I didn't like that youtube workout too much...it looked kinda fun but i didn't really feel anything. Probably won't do it again. I can't wait until cathe releases that traveling band workout, i will use it as add-ons after my weight workouts

Amelia: I have read that too. I know someone asked Cathe that question and she said it all depended on what your trying to accomplish. To be honest i just wanted to get the cardio out of the way. I tend to blow it off.

This morning I did Leaner Legs the entire tape except for the static lunges. I have to say that I find this tape very boring. My legs where already sore from plyo legs on Monda, so I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow.The traditional ab work really got in there.
It's going to be another hot one today.
