Amelia: what's on for today?

I just finished MMA Fusion. It was suppose to be 50min. but it took a little over 55min. I had to rewind a few times.Just could't get my legs to do what my brain was telling them to do.:confused:
It was fun! I burned 240cals. I could probably get a better burn if I knew what I was doing.LOL! I am really liking the MMA workouts the best. A lot of core work in them, but no real crunches to speak of, and not as much impact.

Okay, off to shower and do stuff I've been avoiding,like laundry.
 
Hey girls, i finished my workout earlier. Did KCM's Athletic Step then some weightloss yoga. I feel better,had a bad morning(issue's with the landlord agian:mad:)

i will try and catch up later with you all...

Today is a cardio workout then some abb work...i really need to get in a LB,just can't stand doing LB:rolleyes:

Good Morning,

Didn't workout last night going through a slump haven't seen the sun since Sunday and haven't had a warm day in I don't know how long. I will do last nights workout tonite.

Amelia-I don't like working lower body either.
 
workout done. Decided on 4ds bootcamp then about 40mins of pilates/abbs & yoga. I feel better,really didn't want to workout...im glad its over:p burned 520 in 1:15minutes.

Hey girls quick post as I have a 4 legged friend whining for her walk.

I did a made up combo of my own. I did HiiT double wave pyramid for 15min. then I did B&G in this order: walking lunges,deadlifts,walking lunges, hammer lunges,lunge squat combo, firewalkers, walking lunges and deadlifts with toes raised I then did the second half of HiiT DW pyramid.
This took about 60min. to do. I didn't wear my HRM through the whole time.

mmm,have no idea what workout to do today. Im doing MM agian tomorrow so today will have to be a cardio...but what? So sick of doing step aerobics. Maybe i will wait for DH to get up then jump on the treadmill for some Coach Sean;) and since im still in a 'mood' i will do some yoga..its the only thing lately that keeps me sane:confused:

Hey girls, workout done. I couldn't decide on what cardio to do so i did Winsor Fat burning cardio, it was fun...i did the ending part twice so i could squeeze out few more calories. Burned 260 in all.

Today I will start with TBS then I will do Yogini later. Made the mistake of buying girl scout thin mint cookies I don't know why I do this to myself.

Im dressed in my workout close just haven't started it yet:rolleyes: i plan on doing MM time saver premix..bbl.

TOM started this morning so im relieved to see it considering the scale has been up 2lbs all week long. hopefully next week will be another 'swoosh' loss(2-3lb loss, i like to call them swooshes;))
