we got some snow yesterday....dh didn't get to go to work last night, he was like a kid doing a 'happy dance' after he got the call from his boss,LOL.

I did SJP step with 1 set of risers suppose to also do the hi/lo but I don't like it. Then I did Basic Step upper body add on instead of MM upper body. Tonite I plan on doing KM with the lower body add on. DH bought me roses for V-Day and then he is going to grill steaks.

Morning, Happy Valentines Day everyone!!

I think today will be rest day, may do some yoga.

I ordered another yoga workout last night:eek: This is called Rodney Yee's Power Yoga: Full body. The other two workouts that i have by him are not really challenging to me. I really like that Sara Ivanhoe yoga that i have...im thinking about ordering a newer workout that she has out. But not right now:confused:
 
Good Morning,

Came down with a sinus infection so the left side of my face hurts and I get dizzy if I move just right. I want to try and do legs and a stretch maybe yogini or one of the yogas I have. or maybe I will do namaste yoga.

Amelia-you are really enjoying Rodney Yee I might have to get one of those. Have a Happy Valentine today.
 
Happy Valentine's Day everyone. We went out with some friends last night to see the new movie "Valentine's Day". it was a cute movie.

Went to the gym this morning with DH. I did CC Vol1 on the bike then some machines. Woke up with a crick in my neck so it wasn't much fun. At least it was a workout.

Roxie, hope you get over the sinus infection real soon.
