Good Morning,

Can't decide between star trainer workout or Start it Up again. Not doing much today just cleanmax, laundrymax, and walmartmax(yuck). Everyone have a good day.

Hey to everyone! Any plans this morning?

Today is 60min cardio and i will throw in some core work. I got a yoga matt yesterday so im really anxious to try it out:eek:. I may do some core pilates after my cardio. I didn't get up early enought to take my run outside so my cardio will have to be indoors. Im thinking CCV6:D

I found a 5K that is VERY close by..only 8miles from the house. Its on sept.12 so ive got about a month to train for it. I plan on training outdoors atleast 3times a week.

Decided to do Start It Up but I cheated this time and used weighted gloves wish I would have done that sooner, and then did TBS

Workout done. Did 4.2 miles on the treadmill. Burned 600 cals on the dot. I powerwalked a mile then ran a mile...did that twice. It was fun but i like doing it outside better;) I will do some core work tomorrow

My sister called me last night and asked if i could babysit my little niece...of course i couldn't turn that down...cant wait to see her today. So after babysitting i will come back home and do MIS Chest,Back & abbs.

Did Slim and Limber which is a really good stretch dvd, and then DH and I went for our Sunday walk it was miserably hot and humid but we saw wild turkeys and a young buck deer so it was worth it.

just finished my workout. I was tired before starting it but i knew i would feel better once i got it over, i drank a protein shake before too and i feel better:)
