I walked with my walking partner this morning for 32minutes then came home and did cardio & weights. so thats 90minutes total and 420cals total.

Went for a walk around the park only went a mile because the wind was gusting to 35mph and blowing dirt and dust at me.

Today is a rest day. Thank goodness because im exhausted :confused: I may take the kids to the park for a picnic, its suppose to be real pretty out today and the park im thinking of has real pretty flowers this time of year!

Roxie-It was windy when i walked yesterday too, im not sure which one i hated the most..the wind or the cold weather(it was chilly) How are you feeling lately? Still dizzy?

Good Morning,

Today will be the first full day I have spent with my mother since she got here, so we will be doing alot of running around. It is rainy and cloudy here again today and the highs are suppose to be lower 50's. I plan on doing KCMs MD and core work.

Amelia-still have the dizzys but just when I lay down but I am learning to fight through it can't go on forever.

Im seriously thinking about taking another rest day...not sure yet. The rotation calls for SS UB 3set premix, this rotation is really kicking my butt:eek: maybe thats what i needed, the scale is one lb away from my lowest weight(today i weighed 174.0, my lowest was 173). So in other words,ive managed to lose 7lbs of water weight so far this week:D My body holds onto to water weight like a monkey holds onto a banana;)

Never did make it to the park yesterday, it was just too windy and not warm enough:( I did however take the kids to a local dollar store and they were happy with the toys they got...i was too, i picked up some real pretty nail polish and little stickers for my nails. I was like a little kid:p so last night, after putting the kids in the bed...i watched Benny & Joon and painted my nails:)

if i decide to get my workout in today i will bbl to report it:eek:

Roxie-WTG on your workout yesterday! Did you hear about the new workouts KCM is shooting right now? She is talking about them on her site...i wish i could just order ALL her workouts, there is just so many of hers and Cathe's that i want and most of the time i can only buy maybe one or two workouts a month:confused:(if that)

I was going to go for a walk today but its only suppose to be in the 50's with 15-20mph winds gusting to 30 so thats not going to happen. I will do a stretch major DOMs in my triceps and hamstrings and I still need to work abs.

Amelia-congrats on the wt. loss even if it is just water. Debbie's rotations are tough the girl definitely knows what shes doing. I have heard about the new workouts waiting until they put up some clips to make my decision on wether I want them or not.
 
I decided to tough it out and get my workout done...PP UB 3set premix DONE:D exactly 65minutes...

Roxie-I can't wait for the clips either...I really Like Kelly...she's cool
