Morning Challengers! How is everyone doing?

Today will be a start of a fresh new day! I went over about 250 calories yesterday so im determined to stay below my calorie intake today! My scale is still showing a three lb increase but im not buying it....don't care...

Im doing a dogwalk, a run on the Treadmil...not sure how long yet? Then I will do UB on MM!

My POSITIVE thought for today....~The scale doesn't get to determine my success, I DO~

Todays workout was Jari ripped to the Core. As it was my first time through I didn't go as heavy as I could/should. However, my hip is a bit sore, don't know whats up with that, so I just better be a bit careful

Out of desperation I have bought a tub of stuff called "Isowhey Complete" Its a high protein weight management program. You replace two meals a day with this drink. I have simply GOT TO shift the weight. "They" say that you shoud lose between 1-2 kilos a week. I don't really care WHAT the scales say. I just WANT/NEED my clothes to be looser. Thats all I want, to fit back into my clothes.

Amelia - Good luck petal, with the job interview. Your thought of the day is correct and if you don't mind I might just borrow it as my motto?

 
OMG,OMG...Andrea!!!! I forgot to tell you that i have jari love ripped to the core coming through netflix...whoohoo! I know,im a 'little' excited!;):p sure...go ahead and borrow my positive thought! I forgot to tell you guys that my interview got rescheduled for tommorrow morning at 9am! Thanks for thinking of my Andrea...your such a sweetie:) I love your avatar BTW...what where is a pic of you? I would love to put a face with a name!

Anybody watching the biggest loser tonight? Season premier at 8! This will be the first time ive seen it before!

Tonites workout out is cardio kicks haven't done this one so I don't know what I am in for.

Andrea-Thanks for the rotation advice I found the topic on OD just need to find the dvds now.

Amelia-I used to do turbo jam before I found cathe haven't done it in awhile, but DH is downloading some now and there is a rotation on VF so I think I will change things up a bit and try her for a month.

Jean-no I didn't get my workout in oldest DD and her DH came over to play pool and watch the football game, I am 43 and thanks for the compliment.

Hi guys.

Serious case of the "I can't sleep" happening. Its 0230 hrs and freezing cold, and the fire has gone out so I'm sitting up in front of the computer with electric heater on, being very very "ungreen" - but I am cold.

In the next few weeks I will be upping my hours at work and so that means more money (YES!) (BAD that I actually have to work for it) And its my intention then to buy a really good digital camera, and when I get that I will put a photo of me up in my Cathe page. The only half decent photo I've got now (well one that I look O.K in) I'm poking out my tongue.

Amelia - Really glad you are getting ripped to the core. Its not as hard as I expected, some great leg tracks, works the sholders. As I said earlier, I need to go heavier and I think it will be great.

Roxie - hi, When I look in the mirror I can "see"my arms changing and theres actually muscle tone showing. Thats probably why I am thinking its the Jari type training thats helping me. I think though, muscle endurance would be O.K to put in the rotation in place of Jari (If you havn't got all the Jaris) I'm also going to use Cathes Bootcamp and Imax 3, Running on the treadmill, MIC and Body Max on the days of Cardio.

I won't bore you guys any more, as I am just waffling, (sorry).

Hi everyone. I managed to get up this morning and do Muscle Endurance (more like lack of endurance for me, LOL). I modified it here and there to shorten it. After seeing how weak I have gotten I think I'm going to try to do a rotation with endurance one day and cardio the next. It's weird because I can go kind of heavy with 4DS, but those sets are short. I no longer have any endurance even with lighter weights. My weight seems to be creeping up this week(darn sweets). Maybe I can get the scale to go back down by WI on Friday.

Amelia, cool that you are getting the Jari DVD from Netflix. Hopeyou like it. good luck with the interview.

Andrea, are the extra hours a "have to" or a "want to"? Either way I hope you still end up with time to do the things you enjoy. Hope you like the protein drinks. I just bought some meal replacement shakes from the gym. They seem to be the only thing to get me back in control when my eating goes hay wire(which is ever other day, lol).

Roxie, have fun with Cardio Kicks. I don't have that one so let me know how you liked it.

Hey there girlfriends! Didn't WO this morning (lazy :confused:). Right now I'm thinking about just alternating jumping jacks and crunches during the commercial breakds of Biggest Loser this evening. I could probably get at least one kid to join in too. They LOVE Biggest Loser. Then I'll do LIC tomorrow instead of today.

Andrea, I tried one of those meal replacement things (a LOOOOONG time ago) and I found that DRINKING my meal wasn't nearly as satisfying despite the fact that I got all the needed nutrition. That said, I'm with you about moving some of the weight. I've been waffling about trying Alli for a short time for the same reason. Probably won't though since I'm REALLY not in to doing WL with the aid of drugs. Maybe I should consider the meal replacement shakes as a jump start...hmmmm....

Jean, I use the ME Express premix a lot. It's only 50 minutes, which seems to help. The other thing I do is to drop the weight significantly relative to Cathe (e.g., 8lb instead of 12lb, etc.). It at least means I can get it done that way. ME is one of my favorite WO, but I don't do it very often...wonder why?
