Hi girls!

OMG I had the BUSIEST day at work, had the headache from hell by the time I got home! It was my hubbbys birthday, so had to do the "happy birthday" thing, heads just pounding! I'm feeling awful! Took my self off to bed:( Left him on his birthday with the girls:( I NEVER DO THAT!!

I am so sick of these TTOTM headaches, they are getting worse! And now that I am just that bit older my cycle seems to be shorter! So I am suffering more regularily. I've woken up and thought I'd quickly pop in to you guys and the pop out again!

Sorry for the self centred post/vent but who else am I gunna share with at 0100 hrs in the morning?:)

Becca- When you get back to normal DETAILS please!

Amelia - maybe its the headache but what is SS BRB?

Oh Andrea,im so sorry about your day today:( i hope your headach goes away soon! Happy birthday to your Dh! SS is supersets and the BRB was be right back.....im sending you some soothing vibes to help get rid of that headach!

ok,done with my workout and i'm all tuckered out! SS is just an awesome workout! I went up on my UB weights too,whoohoo!

Great WO today Amelia!

I was SUPPOSED to do PUB today, but I slept in. Went to bed really late so I opted for 6hr sleep so I can be functional as opposed to 5hr sleep + a WO, which would be fine for about 20 minutes LOL! What a way to start my new challenge, eh?

So, the plan now is to double up somewhere this week so that I can get all my WO in. I'm not working on Friday so I can do PUB after the yoga I have scheduled. I scheduled yoga for the stretch since I'm doing L&G on Thursday and I KNOW I'm gonna be hurting!

Tomorrow I have the cardio timesaver from KPC on the menu. I like that WO - it always seems to go by quickly for me. The leg ones are the ones that take FOREVER for me, no matter how long they really are. L&G is my favorite for legs - it isn't too bad that way.

My, I'm chatty today! Guess I'd better think about getting back to work...maybe I should eat my lunch. Someone brought donuts and they're calling my name - it's almost noon, so if I eat my lunch I should be able to resist LOL! Gotta scoot, but I'll cbl. Have a great day!
 
Hi all!!!

Andrea, sorry to disappoint, but I don't go to the RT until Aug. I will give lots and lots of details then, though! :)

My WO today was Power Max and PS abs. That was a tough one. I am trying to get this little body into shape before that big ol' RT! Tomorrow is Body Max the original. I will see you all tomorrow! Have a great evening! :)
