Great WO today Amelia!
I was SUPPOSED to do PUB today, but I slept in. Went to bed really late so I opted for 6hr sleep so I can be functional as opposed to 5hr sleep + a WO, which would be fine for about 20 minutes LOL! What a way to start my new challenge, eh?
So, the plan now is to double up somewhere this week so that I can get all my WO in. I'm not working on Friday so I can do PUB after the yoga I have scheduled. I scheduled yoga for the stretch since I'm doing L&G on Thursday and I KNOW I'm gonna be hurting!
Tomorrow I have the cardio timesaver from KPC on the menu. I like that WO - it always seems to go by quickly for me. The leg ones are the ones that take FOREVER for me, no matter how long they really are. L&G is my favorite for legs - it isn't too bad that way.
My, I'm chatty today! Guess I'd better think about getting back to work...maybe I should eat my lunch. Someone brought donuts and they're calling my name - it's almost noon, so if I eat my lunch I should be able to resist LOL! Gotta scoot, but I'll cbl. Have a great day!
