Andrea, my WE was TOTALLY NOT ON TRACK

. Didn't sleep well and had a MAJOR, MAJOR, MAJOR meltdown yesterday - screamed (locked in my room) for 20 min solid. It did calm me down though

Elaine, premaking meals is great! I do that whenever possible. I made a bunch of oatmeal yesterday so I have good clean breakfasts this week!
I got up and did CF step premix this morning - well 2/3 of it. Struggled all the way and finally threw in the towel when it got to the Power Circuit part. Got 30min in anyway - better than nothing. Just didn't have more in me this morning.
