I went to bed with my back hurting hoping it would stop but its still hurts this morning:mad:....im was planning on a good workout too today:mad::mad:. so that means that i have to stay at the lower end of my calorie range:mad::mad:no workout for me today:(

Hi everyone!

I made it through the weekend, ate like a horse, and continued today:mad:.

BUT I've had a really good workout just finished, Ripped1000 with some Bodymax cardio. So, I am now good and pooped. i thought after my bad weekedn eats wise I needed to punnish myself and workout hard!

Amelia -How did you hurt that back?
Roxie -I've been hearing good things about Turbo Jam, enjoy. I hope your headache has gone.
Jean- How is you daughter? Mowing the lawns is a great workout!
Andrea -How did the rest of the weekend go? On track?
Elaine-Hi you been busy over the weekend?

Tonite if I can manage will be cardio party 3 if not then learn and burn. I have the puppy today and DH is out of town so it all depends on what he will let me do. The scale says I weigh 121lbs.

Amelia-sorry to hear about your back.

Andrea-way to get back on track.

I didn't feel well this weekend. Just not myself. It also rained pretty hard most of the weekend.


Andrea: You should be pooped!
Amelia: take care of your back. A couple advil ( ibuprophin to help the inflammation) and some ice should help.
Roxie: Congradulations of the scale moving down!!
AndreaH and Jean how goes the battle?

My workout this morning was LM 4-7 premix using a 10lb KB for interval 5 & 6,B&G walking lunges,deadlifts and firewalkers and abd. work.

Well, I have fallen off the wagon with my eating for a while now. I think when I get injured I feel sorry for myself and have the I don't care attitude. My big challenge is to get right back on starting today. I am going to make some meals ahead to make things easier to stick with my plan. Here I go!!:D
 
Good morning everyone! Amelia, I hope your back is feeling better soon! I find that some light exercise (easy walk) frequently helps when my back is sore. Loosens things up a bit...

Andrea, my WE was TOTALLY NOT ON TRACK :mad:. Didn't sleep well and had a MAJOR, MAJOR, MAJOR meltdown yesterday - screamed (locked in my room) for 20 min solid. It did calm me down though :confused: Not sure what's up w/ me, but my moods are just sh!t lately (pardon my language).

Elaine, premaking meals is great! I do that whenever possible. I made a bunch of oatmeal yesterday so I have good clean breakfasts this week!

I got up and did CF step premix this morning - well 2/3 of it. Struggled all the way and finally threw in the towel when it got to the Power Circuit part. Got 30min in anyway - better than nothing. Just didn't have more in me this morning.

Well, I'd better get back to work here. I've managed to do NOT MUCH this morning (a typical Monday), so I'd better get it in gear for the afternoon. Will tty tomorrow! Have a great day! :D
 
Hey Roxie - thats 2lbs down!!! How can you be sooo calm? THATS 2lbs DOWN WOMAN! :) Happy happy dance!
