Hi Ladies,

YAHOOOOO!!! I am very pleased with my efforts of last week! :)

Now, This week,

Not much to change in my challenge this week, to keep on going with the exercise, stay focussed, and keep on watching the food intake!

Hows everyone else feeling with their efforts of the past week.?

Amelia -I'm sorry the Olympics are over too, i really get carried away with all the hype!

Roxie - Hows that head? I HATE the buggers of things! How old are you? i know mine are increasing the older I get and they can really wipe me out!. Sometimes for a couple of days, especially around TTOTM.

Elaine -You are such a good girl gardening max! Its a very good exercise too.

Hi to Andrea Becca and the hopefully, lurking Jean.

We are probably going to keep on saying hi to Jean and then she might come back in, once a week, on weekends or something, maybe (no pressure:cool:)

Todays workout was MIS, not too heavy with the weights to safeguard the back which is still a bit sore.

Hey Andrea!!!! Im happy with my challenge for last week too....nothing really changing for this week for me either. Still gonna log my cals and workout five days! High fives on the good week last week! yay! Did you happen to watch the last diving competition? There was an very hunky austrialan guy ! If i remember correctly he won gold too! My dh commented on there very skimpy bathing suits,LOL....didn't bother me none!LOL
 
Good Morning,

Tonite if I get the opportunity is GS legs and LIC abs. Puppy sitting again today. I was alittle disappointed in my workout efforts last week but I will do better this week.

Andrea-congrats on the good week hope you continue. I turn 43 on the 1st. and they are getting worse again. I thought I had them under control.

Amelia-I'm kind of glad they are over so I can get my workouts in. Good luck this week.

Hi to Jean and Becca.

This morning I started to do 4DS KB cardio and the leg work but was interupted by DH so many times that after 2 hours I only got the cardio and abs done with round 1 and 1/2 of round 2 of the weight work.:mad:
DH misplaced his wallet and was beside himself in search for it.

Gotta go and get kids moving,

Ok, you ladies crack me up. Yes of course I'm lurking which means I will probably keep posting. Thanks for making me feel wanted. I do love this group and knew I would miss it. I just was trying to find some balance and I know I spend too much time on line and need to cut back somewhere. I've just been a little over whelmed lately and know I need to cut back on some things. Maybe this isn't one of them. I will try to post when I can. One thing I will be cutting out is the "My Nutrition". It worked well when I first signed up, but now it takes forever to log on and I just don't have the patience. I'll have to find another way to get my eating under control.
