I haven't decided what im doing today..i need to do cardio + some weights.

Roxie-How do you like meyer's weight workouts? How much damage was done to your car? Thats one of the reasons why i hate driving at night...there are too many deer out here.

Tonite is CTX Power Circuit cardio only and abs. Later this week I will post my resolutions for next year.

Amelia-I haven't really tried the wt. work yet but I have previewed them and they look pretty good. I am really not sure about the damage I haven't taken the time to really look. There is a crinkle on the drivers side near the head light I will know more after today.

We've all had it so we should be all set now.DS(8) had it the worst. But he is doing fine now.

Hi Jean what is on for today?

I hope everyone had a great Christmas. Mine was fun. The kids enjoyed there gifts and I had enjoyed my time at my sisters.

This morning I did HIIT 40/20. This was an intense 30 or so minutes. I burned 204 cal. I had to modifiy some moves by not raising my step as much as Cathe and using my step for some of the burpee type exercises. I liked it. I also did a little yoga. Rodney Yee am yoga(the old one). I am not a fan of rodney yee but I needed to do some yoga.

Today is DH's Bday so we will be going out to eat tonight. Most likely chineese.
Okay I have to go and shower and clean and take the dog out for her exercise ahe needs it. The weather has been rainy and now it is cold.

Elaine-Oh no...the stomach bug was in your house too! Wasn't it awful?:( im glad everyone is getting over it! Thankgoodness it doesn't last long:confused:. Have fun tonight!

Amelia-you really have to look to see the dent, it could have been alot worse had we not seen something in the road didn't know what it was until we were almost on top of them, due to all the snow and salt my headlights are dirty so they weren't working very well and dh was trying to watch for ice on the road.

Tonite is suppose to be 10-10-10 cardio only but since I didn't get up this morning I will have to try and squeeze in a workout before we go to DDs for supper so I need a short one will do KCMs KB.

Amelia-its hi/lo and very confusing alot of grapevine turning and other turns.

today is cardio(probably KCM's plyo workout) + 4ds weights,not sure what yet.

Today was MMA boxing combos 1 & 2 plus the lower body blitz with those. Not bad.Low inpact. My hrm was not working right.:mad:

Gotta go clean our apartment we are getting ready for a new tenant.

Hey girls,Great workouts yesterday! I ended up taking a rest day but i was determined to kick some bootie today.

Ive finished my workout for the day. Did Kelly Meyer's plyo+4ds Chest & triceps+25min yoga workout. Burned 540cals, i had to cut my hrm off during it to take care of the kids then i would forget to turn it back on...so who knows how many cals i actually burned:rolleyes:

No crazy plans tonight, DH is going in earlier so he will get off at 11ish,so hopefull we can see the fireworks on the lake together,something we do every year.

i will try and bbl but if not HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Tonite for me is CTX Step and Intervals this one doesn't look complicated just tough. DH and I are going to play some wii and shoot some pool tonite and that will be it for our New Years Eve. I will post my resolutions tomarrow.

My upper back is a bit sore from MMA Boxing yesterday. i did wear
my 1lb gloves during that WO.

Ive got major doms in my back for some reason? Does plyometrics work your back? I worked my chest and triceps yesterday...not my back but its very sore this morning...weird:confused:

Today is legs...probably stay with 4ds.

Hey girls

late check in for me! I finished my workout ealier, did some leg work using the treadmill(walking lunges,side walking lunges) then i did CCV5 then i got off the treadmill and did some more leg work using the bb. I burned 520 total.

Yesterday i ended up walking the dog of 30mins.

Roxie-How was bm2 yesterday? I bought another KCM workout:p this time decided on NYC, should be here wednesday:eek:

I didn't get BM2 or any workout done yesterday the extra help didn't show up so there was only 4 of us moving MILs stuff took us 5 hrs and I was pretty tired when I got home. Hoping to do CTX Leaner Legs tonite. One of my resolutions is to get up in the mornings and get my workouts done, another is to be religious with my workouts.

Amelia-tell me how you like thay one I have heard its good.
