Good Morning,

Today I start FF rotation so will be doing 4ds back and shoulder and then 30min on TM followed by BM2 abs. Put back on 1lb yesterday, but I didn't drink alot of water yesterday. We have 2 1/2 pies left 100 frosted sugar cookies 75 captian crunch cups and I don't know how many peanut clusters what am I going to do to much temptation.

How is everyone else and what are we up to today? Lets eat healthy and workout hard this week.
 
A quick Hi!!

I have to get the puppy out for a walk. It has rained here most of the weekend and my boys were sick. So the poor girl has not had much outside playtime.

I did 4DS chest and back repeating the rounds twice and then did LIS abs. I am following FF's roataion as well. I will be swithcing it to fit my schedule. I could have gone heavier with my weights.

My challenge for this month is to eat healthy the best I can. The Christmas rush has started. I will post when I can.

I finished my workout...stepblast warmup + combo one and half of combo two....then repeated it(still learning the steps) Ive got combo one mastered,now its time for combo two...those 360's always confuse me:confused:

Hi everyone. Today no work out. Couldn't sleep again. I'm really frustrated right now. I need to pull it together, but seem to only know how to flip flop. Hopefully I'll be in a better mood as the week progresses. This time of year is suppose to be filled with excitement and fun, but I always let it stress me out. Hope everyone else is keeping up good attitudes.
