Good morning girls! I don't think I saw another thread for today?

How is everyone doing today? Whats everyones plans for the weekend?

I guess you guys saw in the OD thread that I dropped out of school yesterday. Just thought it wasn't worth the nervous wreck that i ended up being all this week. I took a bite of the college life and I was choking,LOL! My kids are more important right now!

Today i plan on doing somthing...not sure what! I will check in late to let you guys know. Have a wonderful friday!

Did you read my post yesturday? I don't know why, i just had a "feeling". i havn't read the OD thread yet, but I was worried about you, because I knew you are a bit of a stress head (no offence) and I thought I hope she hasn't biten off more than she can chew.

I hope you are O.K
 
Hi girls.

I'm posting much later today. I've been so busy I had to workout tonight so I just did Low Max. I enjoy that workout:) Then i had to wrapped up the birthday presents, for "The Party". i can feel a headache coming on:eek:

Roxie - Get your hands on Slim and Lean its a good one. I like Ripped to the Core too. If you like Jari (remember to give her a "go" shes not bubbly llike Cathe) you could do a rotation like

Ripped
Cardio (30-50 mins you choice)
Ripped to the Core
Cardio 30-50 mins)
Ripped

Then when you got stronger
Ripped
Ripped to the Core
Cardio
Ripped
Ripped to the Core

If you added the Slim and Lean you could mix it up even more. You will be able to work out very quickly which Rippers you like and get benefits from.

Then you could move onto the advanced rotation. However, you might like her workouts enough to get Ripped 1000 and Ripped and Chiseled. Those two are the hardest ones, although I find I work harder in Slim and Lean, than Ripped and Chiseled.

Andrea - At least you are eating O.K hang in there! You sound a lot like someone elses I know and get down on yourself easily. And I may be wrong, but You find it hard to pick yourself up sometimes? What is your job? I'm sorry but I've forgotten.

Elaine, Jean - hi ladies. We should get our heads together to give Andrea the encouragement and advice to help her, any ideas? (Thats only if she wants us to) You O.K with that all ladies?

Tonite is SS upper body and PLB floor work. I did LM yesterday and those darn front back mambos just really mess me up I end up on the wrong side or facing the wrong direction.

Amelia-sorry to hear that college wasn't for you I don't think at my age I could handle it either little lone having kids.

Andrea-we are all lucky to have someone like you to care about us. We posted at the same time I did purchase Slim and Lean and next week I want to buy Ripped 1000, your rotation looks good but know how do I add Slim and Lean in there and when I purchase 1000 I will ask you how to add that in there to.

AndreaH-I have alot of days when I just don't want to do another workout but then I remember that I have High Cholesterol and I don't take medicine for it so exercise is what is keeping me healthy and I love to watch the changes it makes in my body. Remember we do it to make ourselves healtheir and stronger.

Andrea:I like Lowmax. I've been doing just the blasts while holding a 10lb kettlebell. What a burn!:D

Amelia: I don't think I could do school online. I would always be stressing about getting the class and work in. I went back to school nights and it was difficult and this was before kids. Maybe when your kids are older and more self sufficient it will be more doable. They are only little once and it goes so fast!!!

Roxie: I did PLB floor work last week and I had forgotten how challenging it was. I kept rolling off the ball:eek:

AndreaH: hang in there. I have fallen off the eating wagon. I've junked out so much this week!:mad: I need to reel in my eating big time! I will work on my eating while you work on your workouts. Baby steps will get us there!:D

Hi Jean!! what workout are you doing today?

This morning I was undecided in what I wanted to do. I did PUB the bis and tris only(giving my shoulder a little more healing time), then I did SJP (from the time saver DVD) only the first 2 combos and then the abs and stretch.

It is pouring here and i have to get to the grocery store. ARGH!! I hate going in the rain!

Have a great weekend in case I don't get back online.

I just noticed everyone but me has an avatar. I guess I better get one!:eek:
 
Quick late post. Did work out this morning with a an hour jog/walk. Will have to tell you about my day on tomorrow's post.
