>>>>The Challengers<<<< 7/6 - 7/12

Morning...today is a rest day for me as well,im really going to try and concentrate on my diet in the up coming days. If i just get my groove going of staying on track then i will be fine.

Ive got new calorie calculations from TheDailyPlate.com that seem reasonable so im trying them out for about 6wks,starting today. ( 1820 on non workout days & 1800 + 1/2 of calories burned on workout days) I know it looks complicated but it will be worth it if the scale starts dropping agian.:)

Roxie-enjoy your day of rest!

hey to everyone that follows...

How did you figure your activity level?

How did you figure your activity level?

Clink on the link and it should take you to the calorie calculator

http://www.thedailyplate.com/users/myinfo/

You may have to start an account with them in order to start.
((I had to edit the link...it wouldn't let me back in my account with it open? Weird.))

you will see a link that explains the activity levels.
I went with moderately active(lose 2lbs a week) for the days i don't workout. On the days i do workout i will add in 1/2 of my calories burned(which should put me at or around 2000)
