Hi ladies.

Workout - Bootcamp. I am starting to see the cellulite break up! And im toning, but no dramatic changes yet.

Todays activities is going to be Ice Age 3.

Roxie - You are going along soooo really really well!

Im thinking of adding Intensity to me collection, seeing as Im enjoying the bootcamps so much. Any thoughts on this one?
 
Morning

Today is 4ds Kickbox. Im tired this morning:( my nose keeps getting stuffy at night and its hard for me to sleep. Im taking zyrtec so im not sure why im having these symptoms?

Roxie-Im fixing to sit down and watch SYTYCD right now...Great workout last night and WTG on your eating yesterday! Ive got to go to MFP and log my food for the day. To be honest,im getting tired of it...i already know what eat. I didn't even log yesterday,just watched what i ate.

Andrea-Enjoy Ice Age 3 today....im thinking about taking my kids to the park, there is a walking track around it;)

Still nursing this darn ache in my ummm.. behind.

Andrea: Ice Age was good. I liked the 1st one best. We went to see it and had to cross the parking lot that was under water due to the river overflowing it's banks. The water was over my tires and onto the bottom of my door. I have a Subaru Outback (sits higher than the average car).I kept wondering if my car was going to be there when we got out of the movie.

Amelia: have fun with 4DS kickbox.

I think tomorrow I will do an upper body weight WO. I am begining to feel sorry for myself.:mad:

Went to the dentist today and got a temp crown and two fillings then went to work but boss lady said I looked pale and miserable so she sent me home which is fine with me she has been driving me crazy all week. Today will be 4ds KB Cardio only and segment 1 on coremax.

Amelia-I missed the first 30 mins of last nite but watched the rest hard to tell who will be sent home I am rooting for Phillip, his partner, Katie and Evan.

Andrea-I really think the intensity series would be good to shake things up.

Elaine-sorry you are feeling so blue it has to stop raining sometime find a really tough workout and work of the blues.
 
Instead of doing 4ds KB i decided to take the kids to the park so they could play while i did some run intervals around the track. It was fun and the time seem to go by quickly. The kids playground is in the middle of the track so i can keep an eye on them...

36mins total and 330cals burned.

Roxie-I LOVED that last jazz routine with janette and Brandon! I think my favorite couple is melissa and ade. There all so talented!!

I am sooo sore. After Bootcamp I came home, took the girls to Ice Age 3 (not sure its worth spending the extra money to see a movie in 3d) and then i came home a plit some wood. I thought my shoulders would've been used to working hard after all the pushups i've been doin'.

Elaine - What have you done to your butt?
Amelia- Its nice just to spend time with your childs.

Amelia-I was totally disappointed to hear the judges know the bottom 3 before the show and they have already made up their minds before the solos.
 
Morning

For the past week i have been experiencing allergy like symptoms AND im taking Zyrtec. I was so tired yesterday,and this morning im just beat, I may take a rest day today unless i have some spontaneous burst of energy.

Guess i will quit taking Zyrtec and try something else:(. Maybe i will ask my work tomorrow if he could maybe prescribe something...im just miserable:(?

Roxie-I haven't watched last nights episode yet, did they say that they have already decided on who is going home? I will have to watch it. WTG on your workout!

Andrea-High fives on the Doms! And wow,spilting wood? That in itself is a workout:eek: you go superwomen:)

Elaine-How is the 'behind doms' this morning? Ive got some slight doms in my butt...there going away,yay! Thats the only place i hate having doms.

Well I see my post from last night didn't make it here again. I keep hitting the wrong key some where. Anyway, yesterday was Back and Tris. Today was legs with STS disc 9. Then I did some ab work which ending in a funny story. I did my last set of abs on the stability ball and decided to stretch my back over the ball (like a back bend). Well I ended up having a pony tail moment. As I rolled back, my pony tail got stuck under the ball. I couldn't move. I was afraid to roll sideways because I thought I pull or strain something. I couldn't roll back forward because my hair was caught and I wasn't flexible enough to roll any farther back. I thought "Now What?" After a few moments (probably just seconds, but felt like forever) I was able to rock just a little back and forth until the pony tail came out from under the ball. I guess I'll think twice before doing that stretch again, LOL.

Hope everyone has a great weekend. I am helping with a baby shower tomorrow. Preparing the food tonight when I get off work. Hope to still fit a weekend workout in around the shower.

Jean-i too had a little giggle...im glad you were able to rock yourself out of it. I bet that kinda hurt:confused: Nice job with your workout and have a great time at the baby shower!

Got my workout done...i finally made myself do some step. I did a mix of step combo's from LIC and BM2 for thirty minutes..

Today is a much needed rest day, the only thing i will do this weekend is walk the dog in the afternoon! My energy is g-o-n-e. You guys remember that rug i bought at a yard sale a couple of weeks ago? Well,its out the door,i think its got either pet dander on it or cat hairs because my allergy symptoms didn't start up until right after i got it....:( Ive even shampooed it with allergen stuff.

Well,im asking my doc's office for some antibiotics because i think i have a sinus infection now. :rolleyes:


After work im meeting DH and the kids at IHOP for some brunch.:D

Well,off to eat my oatmeal, have a good weekend girls, i will try and check back in later
