Today is cardio coach volume 5. I got my workout in yesterday, did 4ds back and biceps then some pilates. I felt like a rollie pollie on the floor while doing pilates
it was fun,i will do it twice a week and see what kind of results i get in the core area..
back on track with the eating as of yesterday, i didn't eat terrible last week,just alot of salty foods and now im paying for it, i feel so bloated
