Morning Challengers

Today is cardio coach volume 5. I got my workout in yesterday, did 4ds back and biceps then some pilates. I felt like a rollie pollie on the floor while doing pilates:p it was fun,i will do it twice a week and see what kind of results i get in the core area..

back on track with the eating as of yesterday, i didn't eat terrible last week,just alot of salty foods and now im paying for it, i feel so bloated:confused:

How is everyone?
 
Good Morning,

Tonite is L&G. I am back down to 123lbs so I must be doing something right. Didn't work out yesterday DH and I went shopping he bought me 2 new sports bras at target.

Amelia-have fun with pilates I tried winsor but just couldn't do some of the moves.
 
Roxie-nice job on the scale! Im too scared to get on mine right now...besides,it never tells me anything i don't already know,LOL. I too can't do alot of the moves on the pilate's workout,but she says that it will come easier the more you do it....i hope so:confused: I can really feel myself getting stronger with every workout. The one move, that involves rolling your legs all the way over your head and 'touhing' the ground....:confused: ain't no way i can do that one. I do get my legs over my head though, thats good enough,LOL;)

Hi everyone. This morning's workout was disc 7, biceps, shoulders and chest. Scale jumped up today and I thought I had been eating well. What's up with that? I will try to stay on track and see if it goes back down.

I have decided that if this rotation doesn't help me get skinny nothing will. I did L&G tonite and my muscles are shaking. I think doing chalene made my leg muscles weak.

Today is BM2 double upper body then i will do a cardio for about 30mins. Eating was good yesterday...just gotta keep going. I was drinking water like a horse,LOL.

Roxie-What rotation are you following agian? Great job with your WO yesterday...enjoy SJ&P tonight!

Jean-I agree with Roxie,your probably just holding water...lord knows i hold anywhere from 2-5lbs at a time. Great job on your eating and your workouts!!!!

bm2 dbl upper body premix(really tough too:confused:) and Low impact step done:D i skipped the warmup and abb work in both workouts. In total it was 70mins and 480cals burned.

Roxie-I just checked it out...looks pretty good!

BM2 double upper body is a tough one and I love LIS its effective but simple I think I need to add risers next time I do it. Someone please tell me why I buy these damn goldfish they are addictive.

:confused:...thankfully my kids just finished them off for me.

Just finished my workout and it wasn't very could because I don't know the hi/lo section of SJ&P that well. I have decided to do the body blast rotation next so I can get more familiar with these workouts.

I've been so wrapped up in all the MJ drama I just realised I havn't checked in this week. Did you girls watch the memorial? I thought it was very well done, and not the circus I expected, although, we still don't know where he is to buried yet. .......to be continued.......

Hey girls,

Quick check in, I've gotta go feed the monkeys. We've have been very lazy around here. So much rain and gloom makes us sleepy.

I have been resting my glute/outer thigh. I think it is the pirirformis muscle and the sciatic nerve. If it does not improve soon I'll have to seek medical advice.:(:(:(

You girls are rocking with your WOs!!! I am very impressed.
My eating was so-so over the long weekend. Like Amelia I am climbing back in the wagon and counting my cals.

The monkeys are getting restless, I am being dragged out to the kitchen.

Tonite is PUB minus the core work she has it scheduled 4 days in a row.

Andrea-goldfish are fish shaped cheddar crackers by pepridge farms. I didn't watch the mj memorial I liked him until he went wacko.

Elaine-sorry to hear you are still having rain I wish I could send you our 90 degree weather.

Roxie-Great calorie burn yesterday. You ready to watch So You Think You Can Dance tonight? I love wednesdays:D(although i don't usually get to watch it until thursday morning:rolleyes:)

Andrea-My mom watched the MJ memoril,she said it was nice! I wasn't a huge MJ fan, i like his old stuff before he turned creepy. He was incredible talented, but such a lost sole.... im sure he's at peace now.

Elaine-Ive got two monkeys right beside me talking while i type:rolleyes: Sending healing vibes to your aching glute muscle..hopefully it will do the trick. Ugh, can't stand injuries....

Jean-What workout are you rockin today?

Today im doing PH Legs then some Pilates,i may do that floor aerobics that comes with the pilates,its only 20mins....

workout done..decided on MIS legs then some winsor pilates 20min cardio with some core work. 1:15mins all together and 555 cals burned:D

Dang it. I just lost my post and I don't have time to re do it. Oh well. I did get a workout in this morning. 40 mins with CC1 and then 100 Ab crunches.

Just finished the wt work in PUB but not the core so I wouldn't miss to much of so you think you can dance. I have 3 days of core work this week so it won't hurt much.
