Morning!

today is work(about freaking time..haven't worked in three weeks, last saturday was thanksgiving weekend then the saturday before that my kids were sick so I had to call in) then a full body workout....bbl to report it!

the scale jumped up the day after i did C&W so i know im holding onto weight lifting water weight....:rolleyes:

Good Morning,

Well I have fallen off the workout wagon so today is catch up day, will start my morning with KPC cardio conditioning then do 4ds bis and tris then tonite I will attempt the leg work again and just keep the wts light. Eating hasn't been all that great either.

Hey everyone. Went to kickboxing class yesterday and had a great WO. Then I went shopping and turned my ankle stepping off a curb :confused:. It's just a little sore today. I have DrillMax scheduled for Monday - will have to see how it feels - the jumping around may not work well. I may sub something like LowMax instead. Will make up my mind then.

I missed GS C&T today. May try tomorrow morning if I wake up early and can't get back to sleep. Have to get DD to choir practice @ church, though, so we'll see. Then a band concert tomorrow afternoon and a party after that. I may wind up doing a full UB WO next week (like PUB) instead of splitting BSB and C&T just to make sure I get them both in. I'm also behind on abs. At least I'm getting SOMETHING done.

Gotta scoot. Need to help w/ a few more decorations and then get everyone to bed if we're going to church in the morning. TTYL!

Today is a powerwalk and what i was suppose to do yesterday...the full body workout. Im doing Jari Love's Get Ripped, I previewed it last night and it looks fun!

Roxie-Great job with your workout yesterday! Did you get your leg work in last night? I was to lazy yesterday to workout after getting home from work...i just didn't feel like taking off my makeup and then taking another shower afterwards then putting my makeup back on to go to town to get grociers(not to mention fixing my hair) so I didn't:rolleyes: my eating was kinda bad yesterday too...I went over 500cals.

Andrea-ouch about your ankle...i hope its gets better soon for ya. My ankle takes about a week to heal after something like that.

Good Morning,

Didn't get the leg work done yesterday went out of town to Dicks and DH bought me some 12lb dumbbells, so today I will do the leg work and then Total Body Stretching.

Amelia-I did get ripped and I think that is the reason I now need to go up in wt. The reps seem like they go on forever but it is a muscle endurance workout. Hope you enjoy it.

AndreaH-how is that ankle today don't over do it and put yourself out of the workout arean this month, not a good month to miss workouts.

Roxie-enjoy your new 12lb'ders....i love new workout stuff! I just finished ripped. I enjoyed it very much...i was wondering why the reps seem to go on forever but now i know,its an endurance wokrout(duh) i should of known it would be like slim and lean. I will have to go up in weight with some of those exercises,but i really enjoyed the workout. I will include it once a week in my rotation! :)

I did that plus a interval run on the treadmill and burned a total of 430cals for the day...not bad,but hoping to burn alot more. Im not disappointed though,just happy to have it all over:confused:

Hi everyone. Today's workout was kind of hodge podge of upper body. I started testing for my 1RM for STS, so I did several exercises from the list for Disc #1. Then I added the youtube video clip. When I actually get STS, I think Cathe is going to try to kill me with push ups. Oh how I hate them and there seems to be a lot of them in STS.

Roxie, congrats on your new 12's.

Andrea H., sorry about yor ankle. Hope it is nothing serious.

Elaine, I can't imagine walking in the 20's. Brrrr!

Andrea (idream) How are you? Busy working this weekend? I thought of you yesterday. We say the movie Australia. It made me realize how little I know about Australia, let alone it's history. It was a good love story and brought tears to my eyes during the sad parts.

Amelia, you posted while I was typing. Glad you liked the new workout. As for the calories burned, I get frustrated too. Sometimes I work really hard and the calories just don't seem to count. Other times I fell like I was just going kind of easy and I look at the total and go Wow.

I have not done much this weekend, not even a walk.
I have done a lot of sleeping. I am fighting off a cold I cought from DS.

Great WOs. Argg...got to run the little furry darling is eating the christmas tree!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek:
