Good Morning,

well,woke up with a slight hangover but all is good now:D

Never did workout yesterday, i was very content on sitting on my behind :p we went out to dinner at a local pizza buffett( a dieters nightmare) but i was a good girl, salad and two slices of pizza & one piece of dessert.

SO, today is going to be just a long cardio on the treadmill..im doing what i wanted to do yesterday, CCV7..it will be later on today,DH and i got to go pick up something for the kids x-mas while there at school,its getting harder now-a-days to be sneaky about it.

bbl, everyone have a great workout today...

Tonite is DM cardio only and I did my 30 push ups and 25 of the 200 crunches but I wanted to do a variety so I will finish the rest tonite.

Amelia-have fun x-mas shopping I remember those days.
 
Amelia: Have fun Christmas shopping. When my DS(15) was little I could just put presents under the carriage and he wouldn't even notice!:eek:
Those days are long gone. I now have to be very creative where I hide those presents.

Roxie: Have fun getting all those 200 crunches in. Variety sounds good.

Hi Jean and Andrea!

This morning I did BM2 making my own cardio and weight WO. I did the wu with two sets of risers then lowered my step to only one set and did the power cicuits with upper body segments in between each circuit. I burned 330cal! Woohoo!!:D I will be doing this one again.

I have to get moving.
 
Hey girls, finally finished CCV7..i had to make myself do it. Burned 500 cals.

I will catch up with you all in the morning,im tired,ive got to clean up the kitchen,ugh:confused:

I didn't do DM instead I did KCMs KB and 200 crunches in some variety.

Today was shoulders, bis and tris. Trying to play catch up this week on some missed workouts. Wish me luck.

Today I have a coding seminar for work. Hope its not boring.

Good Morning,

This morning I woke up and didn't want to get up but I did got all ready for work came downstairs to the living room and discovered I got up and hour early my alarm clock is not set right that explains why I was still tire. We have 2-3 inches of snow on the ground right now and expecting 3-6 more today. Tonite for me will be BM2 timesaver cardio.
 
workout done, decided on the cardio only on C&W then upper body premix on MM...i was shaking, it felt great to get it done and over with. 1:06 total time and 519 total burned. I'll take that!

Jean-Nice job on your workout, i hope your meeting isn't boring either...

Roxie-enjoy BM2 timesavor tonight, i thought about doing that one but decided on c&w cardio.

Hey to everyone that follows. I will bbl,got to go get some grociers, the kids want to make a gingerbread house tonight so ive got to get one of those things too...i can see icing all over everything already,LOL:confused:
 
Well what a bad start to my day. My DS(15) missed his bus. It takes me anhour easy round trip to bring him to school. I had to wait for my DS(8) bus to come first. So my WO was short.

I did BM2 abs, KPC wu,combo 1 and 2. I jumped rope in between combo 1 & 2 for 8 rounds of 20sec jumping and 10 sec rest. My calorie burn was only 200. but this was only 40min.

Jean hope you stayed awake during your meeting.

Amelia: Have fun with the ginger bread house!

Roxie: I hear you on the snow. We had snow on Sunday and are expecting 3-6" tonight into tomorrow.

Very sad news from my sister this morning. She had to put her 2yr old german sheperd down yesterday. He attacked her son. Her son had a puncture wound on his back he is on antibiotics but should be fine. They are not sure why he did it. Just very sad.:(
 
We are now up to 6 inches in snow with predictions of 14-18 inches by morning with high winds. We had rain in between snow storms and the temp is 28 degrees. Dh was suppose to pick me up from work but SIL is going to do it because he has 4 wheel drive.

Waited to long to workout and I couldn't concentrate on BM2 and it is not my favorite workout can't figure out the skate move. DH is watching the Biggest Loser and he keeps hollering at me to see the contestants now.

I am taking the day off from work can't get out of the driveway. I don't know how much we got but now its blowing around. Today for me will be shoveling and BM2 upper body, abs and stretch.

Thanks for all the well wishes for staying awake during the seminar. The first part was actually informative. CPT coding changes for 2010. I'm going to have my work cut out for me in 2010, yuck. Amelia, do you still work in the doctor's office?

Roxie, try and stay safe and warm. I can't imagine how much snow you have gotten.

Amelia, have fun with your workout. Hope all goes well with the teacher meeting.

Elaine, so sorry to hear about your nephew. Is he Ok? I can only imgaine how hard that was for your sister's family to have to put down the dog. We had a SharPei once that was agressive that we tried to work with.(He would try to bite due to fear). He was great with our family, but with others you never knew what he was going to do. We finally had to make the decision to put him down before anything serious happened. It is very hard.

Yesterday's workout was Plyo Legs. I think the Plyo leg workouts are the hardest workouts I have ever done. Even when I'm through with STS, I think I need to keep 1 of those in once a week. Tonight I have plans for Chest and Back. I am going to try real hard to get it in. My evening workout plans very rarely pan out. But I need to get it in since DD's graduation is only a little over a week away.

Unfortunately I am going to return to work today DH shoveled so now I can get out. I enjoyed spending the day with him though, but I enjoyed it so much I didn't get my workout in. This morning I did 30 pushups 15 on the toes and 225 crunches I lost count and tonite is Cardio Fusion.

Jean: Thanks. They are very sad but coping and already talking of getting another dog in the spring.

Amelia: good luck with the teacher confrence.

Roxie: I am right there with you with the snow. My kids had no school yesterday and my WO was shoveling. I burned 335 cal shoveling for 11/2hrs. We had rain on top of the snow and the temps are suppose to dip below 20 tomorrow. Brrrrrrrr!

This morning I did LM 4-7 on an 8" step. I burned 239cal. My legs scream doing this WO with my step at 8".:D

Okay, puppy goes in for a check up and I need to collect a urine from her.:confused: This otta be fun!
 
Bosses called and gave me the day off due to the cold so I guess I can get caught up on my workouts. Need to go out later and get my paycheck and DH needs pepsi. The high here today is suppose to be 20.
 
Just finished BM2 Upper Body and Stretch I will do the abs later when I do Cardio Fusion need to do some shopping before I do that one and it allows my abs a break after those crunches this morning.
