I have managed to pick up a cold from someone nose is plugged and throat hurts. This week is a stretch and yoga week haven't decided what I am going to do next month.

Jean-meeting the new boyfriend went well I think he is alot quieter than most of the ones she has brought home. He is in the military and gets out in May. We didn't really ask him alot of questions.

This morning I got up and did Disc 27, shoulders, bis and tris. Tris are already kicking in.

Tomorrow will be some form of cardio. It got cold here so I don't think it will be outside.

Hi Elaine and Andrea.

This morning was 30 minutes on the TM. TM jogging for me is so hard. Outside I can stay at a steady pace. On the TM I feel like I am going to die. I did intervals. My TM has a preset program for 5K in 30 minutes. I think I'm going to work on that and see if I can accomplish that over this winter. I'm such a slow runner, it would be good for me to gain some speed.

Feeling much better today I can swallow and it doesn't hurt and my head doesn't feel stuffed. Tonite is Ellen Barrett either yogini or fat burning pilates.

Off to go Christmas shopping.

Everyone is doing great with their WOs.

This morning I did KCM high impact cardio only and jump rope intervals of 20sec jump/10sec rest. I did this for about 16 rounds. I burned 201cals. in 44min. I just don't burn much with KCM I should have done KPC instead. Oh,well.

I think I have decided to do Cathes Dec Rotation starting next week the workouts are short in length, but instead of the 200 crunches/situps I am going to do other ab work, sounds hard on the back and no lower ab work. I was going to do KCMs workouts because they are short.

Good morning all. Its a beautiful morning here. Its snowing. We do not get much snow here (usually ice storms) so I'm excited. It's a wet snow and won't stay long since the ground is wet from yesterday's rain, but it's pretty while it lasts.

This morning was STS Chest and Back. I'm having a hard time with these heavy weights getting into position. Like for chest flys, I can hardly lift the weights up to get to the starting position. Once there, I'm able to do the set just fine. But getting those heavy dumbbells up I look like a wobbly mess. Glad I work out at home.

Tonite will be Slo-robics that I didn't do last night. Didn't sleep well went into coughing fits I wish this cold would go away.

Amelia-pregnancy scare? I can't think of another reason anyone would be thankful for that.
 
Hi girls,

Sorry I've been a little MIA lately. I've been trying to get some Christmas things done and have been very tired. I had more lab work done and my Thyroid levels are still a bit high. My doc has increased my meds. Hopefully this will do the trick.

Amelia: I got a chuckle out of your thank goodness. I've certainly been there.

Roxie: Do you like Ellen Barret's Yogini? It looks interesting.

Jean: I know what you mean about getting those heavy dumbbells up there. That was probably the toughest part of Meso 3.

My WOs this week have been:

Mon. C&W
Tues:KCM cardio and jumping rope
Wed. HSC the cardio and upper body parts and abs then STS disc 6 bonus leg work.
Today: Lomax with 2 risers. I have not done this yet ging to do it in a few minutes.
Fir: I plan to do LIC with 2 risers.
