Morning

Today's workout is 4ds KB. I think i might actually see a loss this week, the scale is .4 away from my lowest so far and Ive still have the rest of today and tomorrow to get it down:eek: that is finally, some good news;)

So as you all can guess, w/my DH getting laid off there will be no house hunting:confused: guess its just not meant to happen right now...one day will be home owners. I called the landlord and smoothed things over with her,afterall...even w/the rent raised this is still cheap rent.

i will bbl...

Jean-Nice job w/ccv2 yesterday! Have you heard about the new workouts he developing right now? I hear there going to be awesome(like all his stuff is ;))
 
Good Morning,

Tonite is EBs Firm and Burn Pilates and I will get it done. I didn't get home until almost 7 and then DH and I went out to eat so it was 8 by then and we went to bed at 9. Tomarrow we are going to go move some more of MILs crap don't know why she can't move it her self its just dishes and junk nothing heavy. Woke up to snow on the ground again and expecting more today so as you can tell my mood is not that great.

Amelia-some day maybe the economy will turn around just doesn't seem like that is going to happen. DH is in the bread business and they're sales aren't that great so his paycheck has been low since christmas and its putting us in a bind and I have missed some hours an that hasn't helped either.

Jean-I took my hair to chin length and DH is not a happy camper but its easier for me to take care of.
 
Roxie: Chin length is easier. My DH always tells me to shave it off then it would be easy to take care of!:eek:

Amelia: hugs! Things will work out.

Jean: Isn't 40/20 hard. I do think Cardio core corcuit is harder.

This morning I did 4DS legs (weight only) then HiiT pyramid. It was 62min (only because DH interupted me:mad:) and I burned 272 cals. I really like this one out of all the HiiT wos. There is no dread factor.

Morning, i have no idea why i'm up so early on a Saturday morning:eek:

My official weigh in day is tomorrow but i was smiling this morning...down 1.4,exactly what i needed to meet this months goal.. feels so good.:) lets hope it sticks for tomorrow's WI so i can change my ticker.

I'm not sure what today's workout will be, i haven't had a rest day this week so maybe i will take one today.

This morning will be EBs Slo-Robics and then I want to try and catch up on a few but it depends on what time we leave to go move MILs stuff. Tonite while the big basketball game is on I will go do Yogini.

Well,down one lb for the week...I'll take it:D better than nothing;) I was secretly hoping to see more this morning but no disappointment here:).

My DH said that his work is in a 'lay-off lingo" there not sure if its going to happen yet. If it does happen i wish they would go ahead and do it so we can get on with our lives. Were looking at a bigger place today thats for rent(only 100$ more than what we pay),has three bedrooms and a fishing pond on the property...keep your fingers crossed that it looks ok!

Todays workout is 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels(trying for two levels:confused:) then Rodney Yee standing poses yoga...I got a workout by him yesterday at walmart called AM Yoga, it has 5-20minute workouts on it...

workout done, i was able to do about 35mins of 30 day shred then did my yoga....burned 420

Elaine, too funny about the shave it all off comment. I've threatened to do that several times.

Roxie, enjoy the new hair cut. Easier is always better.

Amelia, good luck with the house hunting and the job. Have you come across any jobs that you are interested in? I know you said you were ready to start looking.

Today I did the elliptical at the gym using Cardio Coach Press Play. I finally signed up for a membership at 24 hr Fitness. Costco had a really good membership to them that you bought through Costco. We bought it awhile back and you could activate it at any time and I'm just now getting around to doing activating. Maybe it will get me motivated again. I've been in a slump since the holidays.
